गुमला में नीति आयोग की समीक्षा बैठक, औरापाठ गांव का किया भ्रमण

गुमला : – गुमला भ्रमण पर आए नीति आयोग के उप सचिव अरविंद कुमार एवं हेमन्त कुमार की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम (एबीपी) की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक के पश्चात अधिकारियों ने औरापाठ गांव का क्षेत्र भ्रमण कर योजनाओं की प्रगति का निरीक्षण किया तथा लाभुकों से मुलाकात कर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

बैठक के दौरान गुमला जिले में चल रहे विकास कार्यों और आधारभूत संरचना से जुड़े विभिन्न पहलुओं की समीक्षा की गई। नीति आयोग के तहत संचालित आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, शिक्षा, कृषि, समाज कल्याण, आधारभूत संरचना, पेयजल, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तथा फाइनेंशियल इंक्लूजन सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की गई। साथ ही कार्यक्रम के तहत संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति और उनके प्रभाव पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

समीक्षा के क्रम में आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत निर्धारित 39 संकेतकों (इंडिकेटर्स) में से कम प्रदर्शन वाले संकेतकों पर विशेष चर्चा की गई। अधिकारियों ने योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर जोर देते हुए नियमित रूप से डेटा अपडेट करने और प्रगति की सतत निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

आधारभूत संरचना की समीक्षा के दौरान आकांक्षी प्रखंड में इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी की स्थिति पर भी चर्चा की गई। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि विकास कार्यों के प्रभावी संचालन के लिए बेहतर इंटरनेट सुविधा आवश्यक है। इसके साथ ही फाइनेंशियल इंक्लूजन के तहत मुद्रा ऋण योजना की प्रगति की भी जानकारी ली गई और निर्देश दिया गया कि पात्र लाभुकों तक योजना का लाभ सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा इसकी नियमित समीक्षा की जाए।

बैठक में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में उपलब्ध आधारभूत सुविधाओं पर भी चर्चा हुई। अधिकारियों ने पेयजल और शौचालय की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अतिरिक्त आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में संचालित विकासात्मक कार्यों की भी विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

इसके पश्चात अधिकारियों ने औरापाठ गांव का भी भ्रमण किया, जो कि नीति आयोग तथा पीएम जनमन योजना के अंतर्गत एक मॉडल गांव के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। भ्रमण के दौरान गांव में केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की जमीनी स्थिति का अवलोकन किया गया। अधिकारियों ने गांव के लाभुकों से सीधे संवाद कर उन्हें प्राप्त हो रहे लाभों की जानकारी ली तथा संबंधित विभागों को यह सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए कि सभी पात्र लाभुकों तक योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर और पारदर्शी तरीके से पहुंचे। साथ ही गांव में संचालित आधारभूत सुविधाओं, आजीविका गतिविधियों और सामाजिक विकास से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों का भी जायजा लिया गया।

इस दौरान आधार कार्ड और बैंकिंग सेवाओं से संबंधित शिविर आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही अधिकारियों ने स्कूलों, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों और गांवों का दौरा कर योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की स्थिति का जायजा लिया।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला कौशल विकास पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता (पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल), जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम जेएसएलपीएस, (PPIA फेलो), (AB फेलो), (PPIA फेलो), पिरामल फाउंडेशन की टीम, प्रदान प्रतिनिधि तथा अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
