महिलाओं को सशक्त मंच देने की दिशा में पहल, नारी अदालत योजना को लेकर बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में नारी अदालत योजना के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी , सिसई प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।

बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य नारी अदालत योजना को जिले में प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने तथा महिलाओं से जुड़े मामलों के समाधान के लिए एक सशक्त एवं सुलभ मंच तैयार करना है। इस दौरान नारी अदालत की कार्यप्रणाली, संचालन व्यवस्था तथा ग्राम स्तर पर इसकी प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
बैठक में नारी अदालत योजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु चयनित ग्राम पंचायत को जिला स्तर पर अनुमोदित किया गया। इसके तहत गुमला जिले के सिसई प्रखंड अंतर्गत लखिया पंचायत में नारी अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जहाँ महिलाओं से जुड़े विभिन्न सामाजिक एवं पारिवारिक मामलों के समाधान के लिए एक सुलभ मंच उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि नारी अदालत महिलाओं को घरेलू हिंसा, पारिवारिक विवाद, संपत्ति से जुड़े मुद्दों तथा अन्य सामाजिक समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण वैकल्पिक मंच प्रदान करती है। इससे महिलाओं को अपनी समस्याओं को सहजता से रखने और न्याय प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा।
उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि नारी अदालत के माध्यम से महिलाओं को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक किया जाए तथा पंचायत स्तर पर अधिक से अधिक महिलाओं को इस मंच से जोड़ने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान भी चलाया जाए, ताकि महिलाएं सशक्त होकर अपने अधिकारों के प्रति सजग बन सकें।
