रांची: रांची जिले में घरेलू रसोई गैस की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता है और आम लोगों को किसी भी प्रकार की घबराहट या अनावश्यक बुकिंग करने की जरूरत नहीं है। यह जानकारी उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री के साथ आयोजित बैठक में आईओसीएल, बीपीसीएल और एचपीसीएल के प्रतिनिधियों ने दी। कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि जिले में गैस की आपूर्ति सामान्य है और पैनिक बुकिंग के कारण कंपनियों के सॉफ्टवेयर पर दबाव बढ़ गया है। फिलहाल सॉफ्टवेयर अपग्रेडेशन का कार्य जारी है और कुछ ही दिनों में बुकिंग व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सामान्य हो जाएगी।

25 दिनों के बाद ही दूसरी बुकिंग संभव

बैठक में बताया गया कि भारत सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार एक सिलेंडर की बुकिंग के बाद अगली बुकिंग 25 दिनों के बाद ही की जा सकेगी। हालांकि आपात स्थिति में उपभोक्ता 2 किलो और 5 किलो के छोटे सिलेंडर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। कंपनियों के अनुसार एचपीसीएल और बीपीसीएल के 5 किलो वाले सिलेंडर बाजार में पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध हैं, जिन्हें उपभोक्ता आधार कार्ड दिखाकर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

IVR, ऐप और वेबसाइट से करें बुकिंग

गैस कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की कि वे गैस बुकिंग के लिए आईवीआर, मिस्ड कॉल, मोबाइल ऐप और वेब आधारित सेवाओं का उपयोग करें। एजेंसियों के कार्यालय आने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। बुकिंग में हो रही देरी केवल सॉफ्टवेयर अपग्रेडेशन के कारण है, जिसे जल्द ही ठीक कर लिया जाएगा।

कालाबाजारी पर होगी कड़ी कार्रवाई

उपायुक्त मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने सभी गैस एजेंसियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम के तहत गैस की आपूर्ति पारदर्शी तरीके से सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि किसी भी प्रकार की कालाबाजारी या अनियमितता पाए जाने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

जिला स्तर पर बनेगी मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी

उपायुक्त ने अस्पतालों, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों, ओल्ड एज होम, अनाथालय, जेल और अन्य संस्थानों में गैस की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिला स्तरीय मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी बनाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही गैस आपूर्ति से संबंधित शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए अबुआ साथी हेल्पलाइन (9430328080) पर संपर्क करने की अपील की गई।

टीम इंडिया, टीम झारखंड और टीम रांची बनकर करें काम

उपायुक्त ने मौजूदा वैश्विक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए सभी विभागों, कंपनियों और नागरिकों से मिलकर “टीम इंडिया, टीम झारखंड और टीम रांची” की भावना से काम करने की अपील की, ताकि जिले में रसोई गैस की निर्बाध आपूर्ति बनी रहे।
