जल जीवन मिशन और स्वच्छता योजनाओं की मुख्यमंत्री ने की समीक्षा हर ग्रामीण परिवार तक सुरक्षित पेयजल पहुंचाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता : योगेंद्र प्रसाद

गोमिया_मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को प्रोजेक्ट भवन, रांची में पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग की उच्चस्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद सहित विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में जल जीवन मिशन (जेजेएम) एवं स्वच्छ भारत मिशन (ग्रामीण) के अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राज्य के प्रत्येक ग्रामीण परिवार तक स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लक्ष्य को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता के साथ पूरा किया जाए। उन्होंने सभी योजनाओं को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से पूर्ण करने तथा आम जनता तक उसका लाभ समय पर पहुंचाने पर जोर दिया।
समीक्षा के दौरान पेयजल स्रोतों के संरक्षण और स्रोत स्थायित्व पर विशेष बल दिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने वर्षा जल संचयन, भू-जल पुनर्भरण तथा जल स्रोतों के संरक्षण एवं संवर्द्धन संबंधी कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर लागू करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही जल गुणवत्ता की नियमित जांच और निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने योजनाओं की सफलता के लिए जनभागीदारी को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए ग्राम जल एवं स्वच्छता समिति (वीडब्ल्यूएससी) को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्राम स्तर पर समितियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी से योजनाओं का बेहतर संचालन और रखरखाव संभव होगा।
बैठक में जिला जल एवं स्वच्छता समिति (डीडब्ल्यूएससी) की नियमित बैठकें आयोजित कर योजनाओं की प्रगति एवं चुनौतियों की सतत समीक्षा करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।
स्वच्छ भारत मिशन (ग्रामीण) की समीक्षा के दौरान ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्लास्टिक अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन को प्रभावी बनाने, प्लास्टिक कचरे के वैज्ञानिक निस्तारण तथा स्वच्छता एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।
मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने कहा कि राज्य में पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता सेवाओं को मजबूत करना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने, गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा आम लोगों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और जनसहभागिता के माध्यम से राज्य के प्रत्येक परिवार तक सुरक्षित पेयजल और बेहतर स्वच्छता सुविधाएं पहुंचाने का संकल्प पूरा किया जाएगा।
