गोमिया: गोमिया प्रखंड के हजारी पंचायत स्थित खुदगड़ा ग्रामीण पेयजलापूर्ति योजना के जीर्णोद्धार कार्य का उद्घाटन शनिवार को ओएनजीसी के सीएसआर मद से कराया गया। मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद के निर्देश पर झामुमो के बोकारो जिला सहसचिव सह विधायक प्रतिनिधि अमित पासवान एवं झामुमो गोमिया प्रखंड अध्यक्ष सह विधायक प्रतिनिधि लूदु मांझी ने संयुक्त रूप से नारियल फोड़कर योजना का उद्घाटन किया।
इस अवसर पर अमित पासवान और लूदु मांझी ने कहा कि तकनीकी खराबी के कारण हजारी पेयजलापूर्ति योजना से क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों को नियमित रूप से पेयजल नहीं मिल पा रहा था। ग्रामीणों ने इस समस्या को मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद के समक्ष उठाया था, जिसके बाद उन्होंने त्वरित पहल करते हुए ओएनजीसी प्रबंधन को योजना की मरम्मत एवं जीर्णोद्धार कराने का निर्देश दिया।
उन्होंने बताया कि ओएनजीसी प्रबंधन ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए योजना को दुरुस्त कर दिया है, जिससे अब हजारी पंचायत के ग्रामीणों को सुचारू रूप से पेयजल उपलब्ध हो सकेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2022 से ही मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद के निर्देशानुसार ओएनजीसी प्रबंधन इस पेयजलापूर्ति योजना के रखरखाव एवं मेंटेनेंस का कार्य करता आ रहा है।
कार्यक्रम में पूर्व मुखिया धनंजय सिंह, पूर्व मुखिया चंद्रदीप पासवान, पूर्व उपमुखिया चंदन पासवान, झामुमो प्रखंड उपाध्यक्ष मो. असलम, जल सहिया बेबी कुमारी, नागेश्वर यादव, मो. सत्तार, सूरज यादव सहित बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
