गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में उर्वरक की कालाबाजारी पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण, निर्धारित मूल्य पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने तथा किसानों को पारदर्शी ढंग से उर्वरक वितरण कराने के उद्देश्य से गठित जिला स्तरीय टास्क फोर्स की बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिले के सभी उर्वरक विक्रेताओं की दुकानों पर निर्धारित मूल्य सूची ( रेट चार्ट ) एवं उर्वरक संबंधी आवश्यक सूचना ( फर्टिलाइजेशन – सूचना चार्ट ) अनिवार्य रूप से प्रदर्शित की जाए। साथ ही प्रत्येक दुकान पर उर्वरक विक्रेता का वैध लाइसेंस भी प्रदर्शित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
उपायुक्त ने उर्वरक की कालाबाजारी एवं अनियमितताओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए संयुक्त रूप से नियमित छापेमारी अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को उर्वरक का वितरण केवल ई-पॉस मशीन के माध्यम से आधार प्रमाणीकरण (आधार ऑथेंटिकेशन ) के उपरांत ही किया जाए। बिना ई-पॉस मशीन एवं आधार सत्यापन के किसी भी परिस्थिति में उर्वरक का वितरण नहीं किया जाएगा।
बैठक में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (एसडीओ) स्तर पर भी नियमित रूप से टास्क फोर्स की बैठक आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि अनुमंडल स्तर पर उर्वरक वितरण व्यवस्था की सतत निगरानी एवं प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
बैठक में मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता गुमला राजीव नीरज, एसडीपीओ चैनपुर श्रुति अग्रवाल, सदर एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, डीएसपी (मुख्यालय) गुमला, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
