अजीम प्रेमजी छात्रवृत्ति को लेकर कॉलेज प्राचार्यों की बैठक, अधिक से अधिक पात्र छात्राओं तक जानकारी पहुंचाने पर जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को गुमला समाहरणालय में अजीम प्रेमजी छात्रवृत्ति के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने एवं अधिक से अधिक पात्र छात्राओं को इसका लाभ दिलाने के उद्देश्य से जिले के सभी महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में बताया गया कि गत वर्ष जिले की 480 छात्राओं को अजीम प्रेमजी छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ प्राप्त हुआ था। इस वर्ष पात्र छात्राओं की संख्या में वृद्धि करने के उद्देश्य से सभी महाविद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ विस्तृत चर्चा की गई तथा छात्राओं तक छात्रवृत्ति से संबंधित सही एवं समय पर जानकारी पहुंचाने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।

बैठक के दौरान छात्रवृत्ति आवेदन प्रक्रिया से संबंधित आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी साझा किए गए। बताया गया कि आवेदन करते समय सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज मूल प्रति से स्पष्ट रूप से स्कैन कर अपलोड किए जाएं। इनमें पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो, आधार कार्ड, कक्षा 10 वीं एवं 12 वीं के अंकपत्र अनिवार्य हैं। साथ ही बैंक खाता किसी परिका के साथ ज्वाइंट न होकर सिंगल एवं सक्रिय होना चाहिए। बैंक पासबुक के स्थान पर बैंक स्टेटमेंट की सत्यापित प्रति अपलोड करने की सलाह दी गई। स्नातक में नामांकन के प्रमाण के रूप में महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित एवं मोहरयुक्त शुल्क रसीद अथवा बोनाफाइड प्रमाण-पत्र अपलोड करना आवश्यक होगा।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी महाविद्यालयों में प्राचार्य के नेतृत्व में छात्राओं के लिए ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे, ताकि सभी पात्र छात्राएं आवेदन प्रक्रिया को भली-भांति समझ सकें और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर अपना आवेदन सुनिश्चित कर सकें।

छात्रवृत्ति से संबंधित सूचनाओं के त्वरित आदान-प्रदान एवं बेहतर समन्वय के लिए सभी महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों का एक व्हाट्सएप समूह भी बनाया गया है। इस समूह के माध्यम से छात्रवृत्ति से जुड़ी सभी आवश्यक सूचनाएं एवं अद्यतन जानकारी समय-समय पर साझा की जाएगी, जिससे छात्राओं को आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी करने में सुविधा होगी तथा अधिक से अधिक पात्र छात्राएं इस छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगी।
