कोयला मजदूरों की 19 मांगों पर गरमाई सियासत, सीटू ने प्रबंधन को चेताया—समय रहते समाधान नहीं हुआ तो होगा आंदोलन

गोमिया -‘—सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्र की स्वांग-गोविंदपुर फेस-2 परियोजना में कार्यरत कोयला मजदूरों की लंबित समस्याओं को लेकर शनिवार को एनसीओईए (सीटू) ने प्रबंधन के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया। यूनियन ने परियोजना प्रबंधन को 19 सूत्री मांग पत्र सौंपते हुए स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी कि यदि मजदूरों की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान नहीं किया गया तो आंदोलन का रास्ता अपनाया जाएगा। यूनियन नेताओं ने कहा कि मजदूर पूरी निष्ठा से उत्पादन बढ़ाने में जुटे हैं, लेकिन उनकी मूलभूत सुविधाएं और बकाया भुगतान आज भी उपेक्षित हैं।
एनसीओईए (सीटू) की स्वांग-गोविंदपुर फेस-2 शाखा के बैनर तले क्षेत्रीय सचिव सह सीसीएल वेलफेयर बोर्ड सदस्य प्रदीप कुमार विश्वास के नेतृत्व में प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने परियोजना पदाधिकारी की अनुपस्थिति में उनके निजी सहायक आनंद कुमार मिश्रा को कार्यालय में 19 सूत्री मांग पत्र सौंपा।
प्रदीप कुमार विश्वास ने कहा कि कोयला मजदूर ईमानदारी और मेहनत से उत्पादन कार्य में योगदान दे रहे हैं, लेकिन कोलियरी के अंदर बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव और लंबित समस्याओं के कारण मजदूरों में भारी असंतोष है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रबंधन यदि समय रहते मांगों पर सकारात्मक पहल नहीं करता है तो यूनियन चरणबद्ध आंदोलन शुरू करने के लिए बाध्य होगी।
स्वांग वाशरी शाखा सचिव सह सीटू राज्य कमेटी सदस्य राकेश कुमार ने कहा कि एक ओर पूरे कोयला उद्योग में 12वें वेतन समझौते के लिए जेबीसीसीआई के गठन का मुद्दा चर्चा में है, वहीं दूसरी ओर स्थानीय स्तर पर मजदूर अपनी दैनिक समस्याओं और सुविधाओं के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। सीटू हमेशा मजदूरों के अधिकारों की लड़ाई लड़ती रही है और आगे भी लड़ती रहेगी।
स्वांग-गोविंदपुर फेस-2 शाखा सचिव गौतम राम ने कहा कि बकाया संडे एवं पीएचडी राशि का भुगतान नहीं होना मजदूरों के लिए गंभीर समस्या बन गया है। इसके अलावा कार्यस्थल पर आवश्यक सुविधाओं की कमी भी लगातार बनी हुई है। इन्हीं समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग को लेकर 19 सूत्री मांग पत्र प्रबंधन को सौंपा गया है।
मांग पत्र सौंपने के दौरान राजकुमार मल्लाह, राजू चौधरी, बंगाली पासवान, लगनु मुंडा, कैलाश ठाकुर, प्रदीप पासवान, देव श्याम पासवान, मोहम्मद सफीक, मोहम्मद नजीबुल, मोहम्मद इम्तियाज अंसारी, कुलदीप महतो, संजय कुमार, सूरज कुमार, अश्विनी कुमार सहित बड़ी संख्या में यूनियन पदाधिकारी एवं कोयला मजदूर उपस्थित थे।
