गुमला : – गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो, उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिले में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला द्वारा संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों यथा कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय एवं नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय सिसई में संविदा आधारित नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में पूर्णकालिक शिक्षिका, लेखापाल एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों के रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। बताया गया कि जिले के सभी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालयों में कुल 20 तथा नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालयों में कुल 15 पद रिक्त हैं।

समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने पूर्व से प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों की नियमानुसार स्क्रूटनी कर आवश्यक निर्णय लेने तथा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए नियुक्ति की चयन प्रक्रिया को यथाशीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि विद्यालयों में आवश्यक मानव संसाधन की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना गुणवत्तापूर्ण शैक्षणिक एवं आवासीय व्यवस्था के लिए आवश्यक है, इसलिए चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्धता बनाए रखी जाए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां एवं सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी शुभकामना प्रसाद उपस्थित थे।
