CISF-CCL की बड़ी कार्रवाई, 100.080 टन अवैध कोयला व 50 बाइक जब्त

गोमिया—बेरमो के करगली क्षेत्र में कोयला तस्करों के खिलाफ CISF और CCL प्रबंधन ने संयुक्त रूप से बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 100.080 टन अवैध कोयला और 50 मोटरसाइकिलें जब्त की हैं। तड़के तीन घंटे तक चले अभियान में तस्कर सुरक्षाबलों को देखकर जंगल की ओर भाग निकले। जब्त कोयले की कीमत करीब 4.23 लाख रुपये आंकी गई है।

बेरमो: बेरमो थाना क्षेत्र के करगली अंतर्गत DCCPL पैच में शनिवार तड़के CISF और CCL की संयुक्त टीम ने अवैध कोयला कारोबार पर बड़ी कार्रवाई की। छापेमारी के दौरान 100.080 टन अवैध कोयला और 50 मोटरसाइकिलें जब्त की गईं। जब्त कोयले का अनुमानित मूल्य ₹4,23,671 बताया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, CISF को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि DCCPL पैच स्थित खनन क्षेत्र से बाहरी लोग मोटरसाइकिलों के जरिए बोरियों में कोयला भरकर अवैध ढंग से परिवहन कर रहे हैं। सूचना मिलने पर CISF यूनिट CCL करगली के कमांडेंट राज प्रताप सिंह ने CCL के महाप्रबंधक संजय झा को अवगत कराया। इसके बाद शनिवार सुबह 5 बजे से 8 बजे तक संयुक्त छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व डी.के. पांडेय एवं बी एंड के के एएसओ पी.एन. सिंह ने किया।
कार्रवाई के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में तस्कर मोटरसाइकिलों पर कोयला लादकर निकल रहे थे। संयुक्त टीम को देखते ही सभी तस्कर कोयला और मोटरसाइकिल छोड़कर समीप के जंगल की ओर फरार हो गए। इसके बाद क्षेत्र में सघन तलाशी अभियान चलाया गया, जिसमें 50 मोटरसाइकिलें और बोरियों में भरा 100.080 टन अवैध कोयला बरामद किया गया।
प्राथमिक जांच में जब्त कोयला CCL के बोकारो एंड करगली क्षेत्र का पाया गया। मौके पर कोयले से संबंधित कोई वैध चालान प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया और न ही किसी ने उस पर स्वामित्व का दावा किया। CCL प्रबंधन ने जब्त कोयले के संबंध में एसीसी जारी करते हुए इसकी अनुमानित कीमत ₹4.23 लाख से अधिक आंकी है।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जब्त कोयला और मोटरसाइकिलों के संबंध में MMDR अधिनियम के तहत गांधी नगर थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जा रही है। CISF के कमांडेंट राज प्रताप सिंह ने कहा कि अवैध खनन और कोयला तस्करी में संलिप्त लोगों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। ऐसे संयुक्त अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेंगे।
