सिमराबेड़ा में लाठी खेल प्रतियोगिता का मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने किया उद्घाटन, बोले- पारंपरिक खेल हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत की पहचान

गोमिया – गोमिया प्रखंड के सिमराबेड़ा गांव में बुधवार को आयोजित पारंपरिक लाठी खेल प्रतियोगिता का उद्घाटन झारखंड सरकार के पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध विभाग के मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने किया। कार्यक्रम स्थल पहुंचने पर आयोजकों एवं ग्रामीणों ने मंत्री का फूल-माला पहनाकर और पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर भव्य स्वागत किया।

मंत्री ने स्वयं लाठी चलाकर प्रतियोगिता का शुभारंभ किया और फीता काटकर आयोजन का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि पारंपरिक खेल हमारी संस्कृति और गौरवशाली विरासत की अमूल्य धरोहर हैं। ऐसे आयोजन युवाओं में अनुशासन, आत्मविश्वास, खेल भावना और भाईचारे की भावना को मजबूत करते हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों और पारंपरिक खेलों का संरक्षण करना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है, ताकि आने वाली पीढ़ियां भी अपनी परंपराओं से जुड़ी रहें। मंत्री ने प्रतियोगिता के सफल आयोजन के लिए आयोजकों, खिलाड़ियों और क्षेत्रवासियों को बधाई देते हुए भविष्य में भी ऐसे आयोजनों को निरंतर जारी रखने की अपील की।

प्रतियोगिता में विभिन्न टीमों ने पारंपरिक लाठी कला का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। खिलाड़ियों की फुर्ती, कौशल और अनुशासन ने उपस्थित दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया। पूरे आयोजन के दौरान उत्साह और उमंग का माहौल बना रहा तथा ग्रामीणों ने पारंपरिक खेलों के संरक्षण के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता भी व्यक्त की।
