गोमिया। स्वांग कोलियरी, स्वांग वाशरी एवं पिपराडीह के विस्थापितों और स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के हक-अधिकार को लेकर रविवार को स्वांग पीओ कार्यालय के समीप दुर्गा मंडप परिसर में महत्वपूर्ण बैठक हुई। बैठक में क्षेत्र की आठ पंचायतों से सैकड़ों की संख्या में विस्थापित, ग्रामीण, महिला-पुरुष एवं युवा शामिल हुए।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता कोपेश्वर यादव ने की, जबकि संचालन विनोद यादव ने किया। बैठक के दौरान विस्थापित एवं स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं को लेकर विस्थापित एवं स्थानीय संघर्ष मोर्चा, गोमिया कमेटी का गठन किया गया। सर्वसम्मति से अमित पासवान को कमेटी का अध्यक्ष चुना गया। कमेटी के अन्य पदाधिकारियों एवं सदस्यों का विस्तार बाद में करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए वक्ताओं ने कहा कि परियोजनाओं के लिए जमीन देने के बाद विस्थापितों को रोजगार, पुनर्वास एवं अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने का आश्वासन दिया गया था, लेकिन वर्षों बीतने के बावजूद लोगों को अपेक्षित सुविधाएं नहीं मिल पाई हैं। विस्थापित और स्थानीय ग्रामीण आज भी रोजगार तथा आर्थिक अवसरों के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।
वक्ताओं ने कहा कि क्षेत्र के स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार, ठेका कार्य और अन्य आर्थिक गतिविधियों में प्राथमिकता मिलनी चाहिए। सीसीएल प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी है कि परियोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्र के बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर सुनिश्चित करे। बैठक में स्वांग लोकल सेल में कथित धांधली का भी विरोध किया गया और व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता लाने की मांग उठाई गई।
बैठक में आठों पंचायतों के प्रतिनिधियों ने विस्थापितों एवं स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के अधिकारों के लिए आपसी एकजुटता बनाए रखने का संकल्प लिया। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि अधिकारों की लड़ाई को मजबूती देने के लिए सभी पंचायतों के लोगों को एक मंच पर आना होगा।
इस दौरान सैकड़ों की संख्या में महिला-पुरुष ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे।
