राजगीर के शांति स्तूप में मोबाइल स्नैचर सक्रिय, पुलिस निष्क्रिय, मोबाइल खोने वाले पर्यटक परेशान, शिकायत के बावजूद कार्रवाई नहीं

राजगीर: राजगीर स्थित शांति स्तूप घुमने जाएं तो अपने मोबाइल का विशेष ध्यान रखें…अगर आप चौकन्ना नहीं हैं तो, मोबाइल स्नैचिंग के शिकार हो जाएंगे. मोबाइल गायब होने की शिकायत पर वहां का स्थानीय प्रशासन भी आपका साथ नहीं देगा. क्योंकि वहां स्नैचर गिरोह सक्रिय है और पुलिस पूरी तरह से निष्क्रिय है. पर्यटकों की भारी भीड़ के कारण मोबाइल स्नैचिंग करना वहां आसान है. हजारीबाग के मूल निवासी और मुंबई में कार्यरत भैया नीरव कुमार अपने परिवार के साथ शांति स्तूप घुमने गए थे. तभी फोटो खींचते समय एक लड़के ने भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर उनका मोबाइल लेकर चंपत हो गया. नीरव कुमार तत्काल इसकी सूचना राजगीर थाने में दी. लेकिन 15 दिन बाद भी पुलिस उनका मोबाइल बरामद नहीं कर सकी है. इस बीच नीरव ने कई बार राजगीर थाने में फोन कर संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन थाने में कोई भी फोन रिसीव नहीं कर रहा है.

पुलिस पर मोबाइल स्नैचर से मिलीभगत का आरोप

नीरव कुमार ने बताया कि जिस दिन उनके मोबाइल की छिनतई हुई, उसी समय थाने में तीन-चार लोग भी अपने मोबाइल गुम या चोरी होने की शिकायत करने थाने पहुंचे थे. लेकिन पुलिस ऐसी शिकायतों पर सक्रियता नहीं दिखाई. थाने में मोबाइल गुम होने या चोरी की शिकायत के लिए एक फार्म बना हुआ है. लेकिन अगर किसी के मोबाइल को मोबाइल स्नैचर उड़ा लेता है तब भी राजगीर थाने में उपलब्ध फॉर्म में अंकित नहीं हो सकता. क्योंकि यहां मोबाइल चोरी या गुम हो जाने की शिकायत के लिए फॉर्म बना हुआ है. वहां लगे सीसीटीवी भी खराब हैं. भुक्तभोगियों ने पुलिस पर मोबाइल स्नैचर से मिलीभगत का आरोप लगाया है. यही कारण है कि मोबाइल स्नैचर आसानी से मोबाइल स्नैचिंग के काम को अंजाम दे रहे हैं. पुलिस अगर सक्रियता दिखाए तो मोबाइल स्नैचर की धर-पकड़ की जा सकती है. शांति स्तूप के आसपास से प्रतिदिन 7-8 मोबाइल गायब हो जाते हैं और लोगों द्वारा स्थानीय प्रशासन से शिकायत करने के बावजूद पुलिस हरकत में नहीं आती और न ही कार्रवाई करने में दिलचस्पी दिखाती है.   

ये है नीरव के मोबाइल के डिटेल्स

नीरव कुमार ने 11 दिसंबर को राजगीर थाने में मोबाइल चोरी हो जाने की शिकायत दर्ज करायी है. नीरव कुमार राजा बंगला रोड, ओकनी (हजारीबाग) के मूल निवासी हैं. उन्होंने 13 अगस्त 2022 मोबाइल खरीदा था. मात्र चार माह में एक लाख से ऊपर के मोबाइल की छिनतई से नीरव काफी परेशान हाल हैं. नीरव ने अपने स्तर से बिहार के कई उच्चाधिकारियों को मोबाइल बरामद करने की गुहार लगायी है. लेकिन अभी तक कहीं सुनवाई नहीं हुई है. उन्होंने बताया कि उनके मोबाइल में पर्सनल डाक्यूमेंट्स मसलन, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, बैंक एकाउंट्स के डिटेल्स आदि लोड हैं. नीरव लंबे समय से मुंबई में एक नेशनल मल्टी कंपनी में सिगमेंट मैनेजर के रूप में कार्यरत हैं.
