रांची : झारखंड सरकार अविलंब संविधानसम्मत नियोजन नीति लागू करो, अन्यथा प्रखंडवार नियोजन नीति लागू करो। टालमटोल का रवैया और झुनझुना थमाने वाली कार्रवाई बंद करो। नियोजन के इस गंभीर मुद्दे पर जनहित में और खासकर युवा छात्रों के हित में झारखंड बंद का कार्यक्रम शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से किया जाएगा। पहले ही युवा छात्रों ने 10 अप्रैल को झारखंड बंद की घोषणा कर दी है। आदिवासी सेंगेल अभियान नैतिक रूप से और जिम्मेदारी का एहसास करते हुए आदिवासी सेंगेल अभियान के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व पूर्व सांसद सालखन मुर्मू ने यह बात कही है. सेंगेल अभियान ने अन्य तमाम आदिवासी-मूलवासी संगठनों से अपील करता है इस बंदी को जन बंदी का स्वरूप देते हुए खुलकर समर्थन करना चाहिए। अन्यथा झारखंड प्रदेश निर्माण और हेमंत सरकार के चलने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है?
प्रखंडवार नियोजन नीति लागू करने पर जोर
ज्ञातव्य हो कि आदिवासी सेंगेल अभियान, अखिल भारतीय कुशवाहा महासभा और झारखंड आंदोलनकारी संघर्ष मोर्चा ने 20 मार्च 2023 को बोकारो बिरसा आश्रम में आदिवासी बचाओ अभियान के बैनर तले एक सफल जनसभा करते हुए 10 अप्रैल को सभी प्रखंडों में प्रखंडवार नियोजन नीति लागू करो की मांग को लेकर एक दिवसीय धरना-प्रदर्शन का फैसला लिया था। इस कार्यक्रम को अब नियोजन के लिए आहूत “10 अप्रैल : झारखंड बंद” के कार्यक्रम के रूप में परिवर्तित कर दिया जाता है।
