गिरिडीह डीसी ने आपूर्ति विभाग की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन व उसकी प्रगति की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए

गिरिडीह : जिले के डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा गुरुवार को आपूर्ति विभाग की मासिक समीक्षात्मक बैठक की. बैठक में डीसी ने आपूर्ति विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं उनकी प्रगति की विस्तारपूर्वक समीक्षा कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से एनएफएसए, खाद्यान्न का उठाव एवं वितरण, झारखंड पेट्रोल सब्सिडी योजना, खाद्यान्न का आहार पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन इंट्री, आधार सीडिंग, धान अधिप्राप्ति एवं भुगतान की क्रमवार समीक्षा की गई।

DSO को पीडीएस दुकानों का निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश

मौके पर डीसी ने कहा कि आदिम जनजाति समूहों को प्रतिमाह उनके घर तक राशन पहुंचे, इसे सभी एमओ सुनिश्चित करेंगे, साथ ही गोदाम से ससमय खाद्दान्न का उठाव एवं लाभुकों के बीच वितरित करेंगे। इसके अलावा बैठक में डीसी ने NFSA के तहत फरवरी और मार्च में जिले में किये गए खाद्य वितरण की जानकारी लेते हुए लक्ष्य के अनुकूल काम न कर पानेवाले प्रखण्डों पर नाराज़गी जताते हुए खाद्य वितरण के कार्यों में सुधार लाने का सख्त निर्देश दिया। इसके अलावा ERCMS के तहत प्रखंडवार किये गए कार्यों की जानकारी लेते हुए उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी लंबित आवेदनों का ससमय निष्पादन किया जाए। बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को नियमित रूप से जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों का निरीक्षण करने एवं उनके द्वारा लाभुकों को उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे राशन की जांच करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने निरस्त किए गए राशन कार्ड का लाभ जिले के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में रह रहे योग्य लोगों को देने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने जिले के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में रह रहे पीवीटीजी ग्रुप के लोगों के बीच सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे राशन की जानकारी जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी से लेने के उपरांत सभी को नियमित रूप से राशन उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा, आईएएस प्रशिक्षु उत्कर्ष कुमार, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, सभी अंचलाधिकारी, सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
