डुमरी उपचुनाव: डीसी ने अधिकारियों को मतदान केंद्रों के वेरिफिकेशन का काम सौंपा, रूट का सत्यापन, डिस्पैच सेंटर व अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश भी दिए

गिरिडीह :  जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने शनिवार को जिला स्तरीय स्वीप कोर समिति की आयोजित बैठक में प्रपत्रों की अद्यतन स्थिति, ई-राल मैनेजमेंट, ईआरओ नेट, लॉजिकल एरर, गरुड़ एप, ई-पिक डाउनलोड, ई-पिक, हेल्प डेस्क, टॉल फ्री नंबर 1950 सहित अन्य प्रविष्टियां आदि की समीक्षा की। बैठक में श्री लकड़ा ने बताया कि डुमरी उप चुनाव के मद्देनजर तैयारियां चल रही है. सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को मतदान केंद्रों के वेरिफिकेशन का कार्य सौंपा गया है। जिसमें रूट का सत्यापन, डिस्पैच सेंटर, पेयजल की उपलब्धता शौचालय समेत अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

2393 मतदान केंद्रों में चुनाव पाठशाला का गठन

उन्होंने बताया कि जिला अंतर्गत चुनाव पाठशाला के अंतर्गत कुल 170 विद्यालय में इलेक्ट्रोल लिटरेसी क्लब (ELC Future Voters) का गठन किया गया है। साथ ही कुल 19 महाविद्यालयों में इलेक्ट्रॉन लिटरेसी क्लब (न्यू वोटर्स) का गठन किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी 2393 मतदान केंद्रों में चुनाव पाठशाला का गठन किया गया है. सभी सरकारी कार्यालय एवं फैक्ट्री/मॉल में कुल वोटर अवेयरनेस 100 का गठन किया गया है। इसके अलावा बैठक में 33 डुमरी विधानसभा उपचुनाव के निमित्त लो वोटर टर्नआउट पोलिंग स्टेशन पर चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि विधानसभा चुनाव के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु जिले में कुल 25 केंपस एम्बेसडर नियुक्त किए गए हैं, ताकि मतदाता जागरूकता से संबंधित कार्यों को सुगमतापूर्वक किया जा सके। इसके अलावा जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि लोकसभा एवं विधानसभा निर्वाचन को देखते हुए दिव्यांग व पोलोमोटिव पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदाता की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषांग से 110 व्हील चेयर क्रय करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

नये युवा मतदाताओं को जागरूक किया जाएगा

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार जिले में स्वीप कार्ययोजना के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन एवं पर्यवेक्षण हेतु गठित जिला स्तरीय स्वीप कोर कमेटी की बैठक के दौरान जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने मतदाता जागरूकता के लिए व्यापक पहल किये जाने पर बल देते हुए कहा कि नये युवा मतदाताओं को जोड़ने की दिशा में विद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों में बैठक कर मतदाता जागरूकता से संबंधित विभिन्न पहलुओं को अवगत कराया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शहरी एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों को मतदाता जागरूकता गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी जाएगी और मताधिकार का उपयोग करने की जानकारी दी जाएगी। साथ ही नये युवा मतदाताओं को मतदाता जागरूकता से संबंधित विभिन्न पहलुओं को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी तथा मताधिकार के प्रयोग हेतु उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया जायेगा। उन्होने स्वीप गतिविधियों के दौरान 80 प्लस से ऊपर, पीडब्ल्यूडी मतदाता, दिव्यांग तथा थर्ड जेंडर मतदाताओं पर ध्यान केन्द्रित कर निर्वाचक नामावली में नाम जोड़ने के लिए पहल कर उन्हे मतदाता परिचय पत्र की सुलभता सहित मताधिकार का प्रयोग किये जाने प्रेरित किया जाये।

बीएलओ ने घर-घर जाकर सत्यापन का कार्य शुरू किया

उन्होंने स्वीप गतिविधियों के लिए डिस्ट्रीक्ट आईकॉन, डिस्ट्रीक्ट आईकॉन (दिव्यांग) और थर्ड जेंडर नियुक्त करने के लिए प्रसिद्ध व्यक्तियों का प्रस्ताव प्राप्त करने को कहा। उन्होंने बताया कि फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2024 हेतु मतदाता सूची नाम सम्मिलित करने हेतु कुल 4 अहर्ता तिथि तय की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि बीएलओ द्वारा घर-घर जाकर सत्यापन का कार्य शुरू कर दिया गया। जिले में मतदाता सूची, EPIC card से संबंधित शिकायतों के निवारण एवं निष्पादन के लिए हेल्पडेस्क का संचालन किया जा रहा है, जो सुबह 09:00 बजे से शाम 07:00 बजे तक संचालित होगी।
