JRDA की 34वीं प्रबंध पर्षद की बैठक में उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल की आयुक्त ने योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की

आयुक्त को सर्किट हाउस में गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया गया, बेलगड़िया में निर्मित चार शॉपिंग सेंटर की 60 दुकानों के एलॉटमेंट व एक कम्युनिटी सेंटर को समिति बनाकर हैंडओवर करने का निर्णय, बेलगड़िया में एक पुलिस आउटपोस्ट स्थापित करने व रेवेन्यू-कैपिटल बजट पर भी चर्चा की गई.

धनबाद : उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल की आयुक्त, सह अध्यक्ष, झरिया पुनर्वास एवं विकास प्राधिकार श्रीमती सुमन कैथरीन किस्पोट्टा की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय के सभागार में झरिया पुनर्वास एवं विकास प्राधिकार (जेआरडीए) के 34 वीं प्रबंध पर्षद की बैठक हुई। बैठक में जेआरडीए के तहत चल रहे सभी विकास कार्य एवं योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक से पूर्व आयुक्त को सर्किट हाउस में गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया गया। बैठक में बेलगड़िया में चल रहे कार्य का डिविएशन एस्टीमेट, रिवाइज एस्टीमेट, समय अवधि का विस्तार इत्यादि पर चर्चा की गई। वहीं बेलगड़िया में निर्मित चार शॉपिंग सेंटर की 60 दुकानें के एलोटमेंट एवं एक कम्युनिटी सेंटर को समिति बनाकर हैंडओवर करने का निर्णय लिया गया। इसके अलावा झरिया पुनर्वास एवं विकास प्राधिकार के कार्यालय में लेखापाल, कनीय अभियंता, वरीय अभियंता व अन्य कर्मियों को पदस्थापित करने पर भी चर्चा की गई।

फंड यूटिलाइजेशन को स्वीकृति दी गई

बैठक के दौरान प्रबंध पर्षद ने 31 जुलाई तक के फंड यूटिलाइजेशन को स्वीकृति तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के ऑडिट रिपोर्ट को अनुमोदन प्रदान किया। बैठक में बेलगड़िया के विद्युत विपत्र का भुगतान करने, स्कूल, प्राइमरी हेल्थ सेंटर, कम्युनिटी हेल्थ सेंटर, आंगनबाड़ी सेंटर का निर्माण करने, राइट्स लिमिटेड की समय अवधि विस्तार करने तथा डीपीआर समर्पित करने पर उनके बिल का भुगतान करने, बेलगड़िया में एक पुलिस आउटपोस्ट स्थापित करने, रेवेन्यू बजट, कैपिटल बजट पर चर्चा की गई। बैठक में आयुक्त के अलावा धनबाद के  उपायुक्त वरुण रंजन, उप विकास आयुक्त शशि प्रकाश सिंह, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी प्रेम कुमार तिवारी, हजारीबाग के डीटीओ रवि राज शर्मा,  भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड के अध्यक्ष सह प्रबंध निदेशक समीरन दत्ता, निदेशक तकनीकी (ऑपरेशन) उदय अनंत कांवले, झरिया मास्टर प्लान के महाप्रबंधक डी मित्तल, जेआरडीए के प्रभारी कुमार बंधु कच्छप, जेआरडीए के महाप्रबंधक (सिविल) देवेंद्र महापात्रा, बीसीसीएल के महाप्रबंधक पर्यावरण, सीएमपीडीआईएल के क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक सहित बीसीसीएल एवं जिला प्रशासन के अन्य पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे।
