Shah Rukh Khan, the actor of Jawan, affirms there is no delay and ends speculation about Dunki’s release date

Shah Rukh Khan provides an update on his next movie Dunki, which is once again one of his most eagerly awaited movies of 2023, at the Jawan Success event. The movie Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, was supposedly delayed and placed on hold, according to a number of media outlets a few days ago. “SRK is considering the possibility of moving Dunki to early next year as Pathaan and Jawan are record-breaking blockbusters,” the newspaper claimed. It is absurd to make a third movie.

Shah Rukh Khan, who played the lead role in Jawan, is currently enjoying a period of great success following the release of huge box office hits like Pathaan and Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan was asked about the release date of Dunki, to which the superstar replied, “26 January ko humne start kia with Pathaan, Janmasthami mai Jawan lekar aaya hu, Aur abhi naya saal aane waala hai,Christmas hai, usme mai Dunki leke aane waala hoon, saare National integration rakhta hoon, waise bhi jab meri film aati hai us din Eid hoti hai”.

While the Dunki film’s creators remained silent in response to the postponement rumours, Shah Rukh Khan, the movie’s leading man, addressed them head-on during the Jawan success celebration. Dunki will be released on December 22, 2023, and SRK will grace the big screens for Christmas 2023. God has been good to me this year, first with Pathan and then with Jawan, said King Khan. I was concerned about returning after taking a three-year hiatus from work, but happily everything went according to plan and I gave Dunki Christmas pe aaigi. Whenever my movie comes out, Eid is observed that day, or “Har movie jab meri release hoti hai uss din Eid bann hi jaati hai.”
