JHC ने रामाधीर सिंह की ताउम्र सजा रखी बहाल, सजा से सिंह मेंशन को लगा तगड़ा झटका, क्या अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की हो रही तैयारी…?   

धनबाद : रामाधीर सिंह की सजा बहाल रहने से सिंह मेंशन को तगड़ा झटका लगा है। बलिया के पूर्व जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष व सिंह मेंशन के मजबूत स्तंभ रामाधीर सिंह को जेल में ही रहना होगा। बेल पर सुनवाई पूरी करते हुए बुधवार को जस्टिस सुजीत नारायण प्रसाद और जस्टिस नवनीत कुमार ने रामाधीर के आजीवन कारावास की सजा को सही ठहराया और उनकी अपील की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। उनकी ताउम्र की सजा को झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने बहाल रखा है। विनोद सिंह हत्याकांड में रामधीर सिंह छह साल सात महीने से रांची होटवार जेल में बंद हैं। उनकी अपील 25 अगस्त को ही दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद डबल बेंच ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।

2017 में रामाधीर ने धनबाद कोर्ट में किया था सरेंडर

बता दें कि 15 जुलाई 1998 को कतरास के हटिया शहीद भगत सिंह चौक के पास मजदूर नेता सकलदेव सिंह के भाई विनोद सिंह व उनके चालक मन्नू अंसारी पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग कर दोनों को मौत के घाट उतार दिया गया था। 18 अप्रैल 2015 को रामाधीर की गैरमौजूदगी में धनबाद के सत्र न्यायालय ने विनोद सिंह और उनके चालक की हत्या में उन्हें उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी। 22 महीने फरार रहने के बाद 20 फरवरी 2017 को रामाधीर ने धनबाद कोर्ट में सरेंडर किया था। अब रामाधीर हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देने की तैयारी में हैं।

2011 से रामाधीर सिंह के पुत्र शशि सिंह हैं फरार

रामाधीर के भतीजे व झरिया के पूर्व विधायक संजीव सिंह के जेल में बंद रहने के कारण स्व. सूर्यदेव सिंह का सिंह मेंशन का कई कुनबों में बंट चुका है। सिंह मेंशन और रघुकुल में पहले से ही विवाद चल रहा है। रामाधीर सिंह के जेल में रहते उनकी पत्नी व धनबाद के प्रथम मेयर इंदू देवी भी मेंशन से अलग रह रही हैं। वहीं सुरेश सिंह की हत्या में नाम आने के बाद यानी सात दिसंबर 2011 से रामाधीर सिंह के पुत्र शशि सिंह भी फरार हैं। इंदू संजीव सिंह की मां व झरिया की पूर्व विधायक कुंती देवी की गोतनी के साथ सगी बहन भी हैं, लेकिन पिछले दिनों नगर निगम चुनाव के लिए मेयर की सीट महिला के लिए रिजर्व होने के बाद दोनों बहनें आमने-सामने आ गई थीं। अब देखना है सिंह मेंशन क्या रणनीति अपनाता है.
