खलारी। प्रतिबंधित संगठन टीएसपीसी ने ही गुरूवार की रात खलारी थाना क्षेत्र के जेहलीटांड़ ट्रांस्पोटिंग रोड पर हाइवा डंपर जलाया था। इस संबंध में टीएसपीसी ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर घटना की जिम्मेवारी ली है। मालूम हो कि डंपर के चालक व मालिक ने खलारी पुलिस को बताया था कि शार्ट सर्किट से डंपर में आग लग गया था। हालांकि क्षेत्र में इस बात की चर्चा भी थी कि हथियारबंद लोगों के द्वारा डंपर को जलाया गया है। प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से टीएसपीसी के उत्तरी दक्षिणी सीमांत सबजोनल कमेटी ने ठीकेदार, कोयला लिफ्टरों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि बिना टीएसपीसी संगठन से बात किए काम न करें। हाइवा मालिक, लोडर मालिक से कहा है कि जिस काम में गाड़ी दें, पता करके ही दें कि टीएसपीसी संगठन से बात हुई है या नहीं। अन्यथा गाड़ी या ड्राइवर, खलासी के साथ किसी तरह की घटना होने पर वे स्वयं जिम्मेवार होंगे। विज्ञप्ति में एनके, पिपरवार क्षेत्र के डंप कमेटियों को भी टीएसपीसी से बात करने कहा गया है, अन्यथा फौजी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई है।
