आईसेक्ट विश्वविद्यालय में मनाया गया राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस

विज्ञान के महत्व पर पेश की गई छात्राओं की नाट्य प्रस्तुति ने खूब वाहवाही बटोरी

आईसेक्ट विश्वविद्यालय, हजारीबाग के तरबा-खरबा स्थित मुख्य कैंपस सभागार में बुधवार को राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। बतौर मुख्य अतिथि सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ साउथ बिहार के प्राध्यापक डॉ विजय राज सिंह कार्यक्रम में शरीक हुए। कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत मुख्य अतिथि डॉ विजय राज सिंह, आईसेक्ट विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ) पीके नायक, कुलसचिव डॉ मुनीष गोविंद, डीन एडमिन डॉ एसआर रथ, डीन एकेडमिक डॉ एमके मिश्रा सहित अन्य के हाथों दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई।

स्वागत भाषण के जरिए मौजूद लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए कुलपति डॉ पीके नायक ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस समाज में वैज्ञानिकों और शोधकर्ताओं के महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को पहचानने और उनकी सराहना करने, वैज्ञानिक सोच को बढ़ावा देने, वैज्ञानिक सोच को प्रोत्साहित करने और युवा छात्रों को विज्ञान में करियर बनाने के लिए प्रेरित व प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए मनाया जाता है। मुख्य अतिथि डॉ विजय राज सिंह ने कहा कि हमारे जीवन में विज्ञान के महत्व को पहचानने और भावी पीढ़ियों को विज्ञान अपनाने और देश के विकास में योगदान देने के लिए प्रेरित करने का दिन है।

उन्होंने कहा कि दरअसल विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी का मूलभूत सिद्धान्त समस्यामूलक तकनीकी का विकास और उपयोग करना है। वहीं विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ मुनीष गोविंद ने कहा कि महान भारतीय वैज्ञानिक सर सी.वी. रामन के रामन प्रभाव की खोज कारण इसे राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। दरअसल सी.वी रामन पहले एशियाई थे, जिन्हें नोबल पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ था। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस मनाने का मूल उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को विज्ञान के प्रति आकर्षित व प्रेरित करने के साथ साथ जनसाधारण को विज्ञान एवं वैज्ञानिक उपलब्धियों के प्रति सजग बनाना है।

इस बीच विश्वविद्यालय की छात्राएं सपना, साक्षी, पलक, तनिष्का और हेरा ने विज्ञान के महत्व को लेकर मनमोहक नाट्य प्रस्तुति दी, जो मौजूद लोगों की खूब वाहवाही बटोरी। मंच संचालन प्राध्यापिका नेहा सिन्हा व धन्यवाद ज्ञापन विज्ञान विभाग एचओडी सुप्रिया रानी ने किया। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में विज्ञान विभाग डीन डॉ दिवाकर प्रसाद निराला, सुप्रिया रानी, नेहा सिन्हा, डॉ सोनी मेहता, काजल सोनी, विशाखा बाला, सबीता कुमारी, राहुल राजवार, सुरेश कुमार, मुकेश कुमार सहित अन्य का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा।
