हजारीबाग पुलिस अधीक्षक ने थाना प्रभारियों को विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर दिशानिर्देश दिए

सभी प्रकार के अपराधों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई का निर्देश -:

1. पूर्व् में घटित सभी महत्वपूर्ण साम्प्रदायिक एवं अपराधिक कांडों की समीक्षा करे तथा सभी कांडों के त्वरित निष्पादन के लिए निर्देश दिए गए।

2. व्यवहार न्यायालय के सुरक्षा की नियमित रूप समीक्षा करते हुए सुरक्षा से संबंधित सभी मानकों को पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

3. 4 वर्षों से अधिक पुराने लंबित कांडों के अविलंब निष्पादन हेतु निर्देशित किया. सभी पुराने लंबित कांडों की समीक्षा कर उनके अविलंब निष्पादन के लिए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।

4. संगठित अपराध गिरोहों, अवैध खनन में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों तथा साम्प्रदायिक सौहार्द को बिगाड़ने वाले व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ CCA एवं NSA के तहत कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

5. अवैध पोस्ता/अफीम की खेती तथा ब्राउन शुगर का अवैध कारोबार करने वाले लोगों को चिन्हित कर उनके विरुद्घ कार्रवाई करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया तथा उनके विरुद्घ सीसीए एवम् PITNDPS का प्रस्ताव समर्पित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

6. महिला प्रताड़ना एवं हिंसा, पोक्सो एक्ट से संबंधित तथा अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति से संबंधित कांडों में अविलंब कार्रवाई करते हुए 60 दिनों के भीतर उन कांडों का निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

7. नशाखोरी के विभिन्न पदार्थ जैसे कोरेक्स, व्हाइटनर, आदि की अवैध खरीद-बिक्री करने वाले गिरोह के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया गया।

8. विभिन्न सोशल मिडिया की मोनिटरिंग करने हेतु सभी को निर्देशित किया गया.
साथ ही सोशल मीडिया पर अफवाह फैलाने वाले लोगों को चिन्हित कर उनके विरुद्घ कड़ी कानूनन कार्रवाई करने के लिए निर्देशित किया।

9. नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में नक्सलीयों के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

10. आगामी लोक सभा चुनाव 2024 के अवसर पर आर्म्स का सत्यापन कर उसको जमा करना सुनिश्चित करे।

11. सरकारी जमीन से संबंधित जितने भी मामले थाना में लंबित है उन्हें यथाशीघ्र संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी से समन्वय स्थापित कर तथा प्रत्येक माह में थाना दिवस का आयोजन करते हुए उसका निष्पादन करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

12. अवैध कोयला, बालू एवं पत्थर उत्खनन पर पूर्णत रोक लगाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया. इसके लिए संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी एवम् जिला खनन पदाधिकारी के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए अवैध खनन पर कार्रवाई करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

13. जमानती तथा गैरजमानती वारंट, इश्तेहार एवं कुर्की- जब्ती के त्वरित निष्पादन करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

14. आगामी होली, रामनावमी एवं लोकसभा चुनाव 2024. को लेकर असामाजिक तत्व के लोगो को चिन्तिहित कर उनके ख़िलाप धारा 107, 108, 109, 110 के तहत करवायी करे।
