गिरिडीह : जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के दौरान व्यापक जन-जागरूकता लाने के उद्देश्य से मंगलवार को चुनाव जागरूकता-अभियान के मस्कट “i-Bhai” का औपचारिक लोकार्पण किया। इस दौरान स्वीप के तहत समावेशी चुनाव प्रक्रिया में सबकी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन-2024 में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने एवं मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। ताकि चुनाव में जिले के मतदाता अधिक से अधिक संख्या में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करें। निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने सभी को वोटर हेल्पलाइन ऐप एवं निर्वाचन प्रणाली के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करना चाहिए : निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी
निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि 1950 वोटर हेल्पलाइन नंबर के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और सभी को यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा गया कि उनका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में दर्ज हो। यदि किसी का नाम वोटर लिस्ट में नहीं है तो उसे बीएलओ के माध्यम से या वोटर हेल्प लाइन एप के माध्यम से फॉर्म 6 अवश्य भरने और प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। उन्हें शपथ दिलाई गई कि वे लोकतंत्र के इस महापर्व में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही अपने घरों व आस पड़ोस के लोगों को मतदान के लिए जागरूक करने का हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। इस दौरान उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, जिला भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला कोषागार पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, सहायक निदेशक सामाजिक सुरक्षा, बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, हेल्प डेस्क मैनेजर समेत स्वीप कोषांग के कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
