जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ आगामी चुनाव 2024 के निमित हुए बूथ रिलोकेश, चुनाव व्यय , रेंडमाइजेशन सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण विषयों से संबंधित की बैठक

गुमला : आज शनिवार को जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिले के मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ आगामी चुनाव 2024 के निमित हुए बूथ रिलोकेश सहित चुनाव व्यय , रेंडमाइजेशन सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण विषयों से संबंधित बैठक हुई।

बूथ रेंडमाइजेशन से संबंधित जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त ने बताया कि गुमला जिले में विधि व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा को दृष्टिकोण से कुल 25 बूथों का रेलोकेशन किया जा रहा है, उक्त बूथों में से कई बूथ PVTG क्षेत्र अंतर्गत भी पड़ते हैं । उपायुक्त ने जानकारी दी कि सभी रिलोकेटेड बूथों में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त रखा जाएगा साथ ही जो व्यक्ति उक्त बूथ तक जाने के लिए असमर्थ होंगे वैसे स्थिति में उक्त क्षेत्रों में आवागमन हेतु वाहन की भी व्यवस्था की जाएगी। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि इसके अलावा जिले के सभी बूथों में भी बूथों का ग्रुप बनाते हुए कुछ गाड़ियों की व्यवस्था की जाएगी ताकि वैसे नागरिक जो स्वयं आने में पूरी तरह असमर्थ है जिसमें की 85 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के बुजुर्ग एवं 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक दिव्यांग शामिल होंगे के लिए सहायता वाहन की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी बूथों में बोलेंटीयर्स भी होंगे जिनके द्वारा सभी दिव्यंगों एवं बुजुर्गों को सहायता दी जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार गुमला अंतर्गत कुल 24 मतदान केंद्रों के पास हेलीड्रोपिंग की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। जिसमें से लोहरदगा ए.सी. में कुल 11 स्थानों पर हेलीड्रोपिंग को व्यवस्था की जाएगी।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने राजनैतिक पार्टियों के प्रतिनिधियों से नामांकन से संबंधित भी आवश्यक जानकारी दी, उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 15 अप्रैल को अपराह्न 3 बजे से EVM-VVPATs का रेंडमाइजेश किया जाएगा जिसमें सभी पार्टी के सदस्यों की उपस्थिति आवश्यक होगी।

इस दौरान ने चुनाव व्यय से संबंधित निर्वाचन आयोग के गाइडलाइन के संबंध में राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों को प्रचार-प्रसार, पब्लिक मीटिंग्स, रैली, मनी ट्रांसफर, मीडिया एवं सोशल मीडिया मॉनिटरिंग, सहित कई अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओं पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी. साथ ही उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी एक्टिविटी पर अभी से ही नजर रखी जा रही है।उन्होंने सभी राजनीतिक दल के प्रतिनिधियों से निर्वाचन आयोग के गाइडलाइन के अनुरुप चुनाव संबंधी कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।साथ ही निर्वाचन आयोग के नियमों का उल्लंघन न करने की बात कही।

इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त ने चुनाव आयोग के नए गाइडलाइन अंर्तगत फॉर्म 12 डी की भी जानकारी दी। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिले के वैसे मतदाता जिनकी आयु 85 वर्ष से अधिक हैं तथा 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक के दिव्यांगो जो मतदान केंद्र जाने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से असापमार्थ होंगे को सरकार द्वारा घर से वोट करने की सुविधा दी जाएगी। जिसके लिए उन्हें फॉर्म 12डी भरने की आवश्यकता होगी। एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों के जांच के पश्चात पोस्टल बैलेट के माध्यम से उक्त मतदाता अपने घरों से वोट दे सकेंगे। इसके अलावा उपायुक्त द्वारा अन्य कई महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं की जानकारी दी गई एवं राजनीतिक पार्टियों के सदस्यों के सहयोग से आगामी चुनाव को शांति एवं निस्पक्षता के साथ आयोजन करने की कामना की गई।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, एसडीओ सदर , डीआरडीए निदेशक, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सहित जिले के विभिन्न मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक पार्टियों के प्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहें।
