प्रतिफल आधारित (outcome based) शिक्षण व्यवस्था का निर्माण करें: प्रोफेसर इ बालागुरुस्वामी

आयुक्त मैडम को पूर्ण कुलपति के सभी अधिकार दिए जाएं, शिक्षकों की रिक्तियां शीघ्र भरे जाएं: डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा

आज दिनांक 9 अप्रैल 2024 को झारखंड राज्य के विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति के शिक्षा परामर्शी प्रोफेसर इ बालागुरुस्वामी एवं माननीय कुलाधिपति के विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी डॉ संजीव राय ने विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय का एकदिवसीय दौरा किया। उद्देश्य था नैक मूल्यांकन की प्रस्तुति की समीक्षा करना। राज भवन से आए उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ विश्वविद्यालय के माननीय कुलपति श्रीमती सुमन कैथरीन किसपोट्टा एवं अन्य अधिकारियों की एक बैठक विश्वविद्यालय के सम्राट अशोक भवन में आयोजित की गई।

विश्वविद्यालय के नैक के समन्वयक डॉ गंगानन्द सिंह ने बिंदुवार नैक से संबंधित प्रस्तुतियों से सबको अवगत कराया।

प्रोफेसर बालागुरुस्वामी ने विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 को स्नातक स्तर पर लागू कर दिए जाने की सराहना की। उन्होंने बताया की नई शिक्षा नीति का जो सार तत्व है वह यह है कि ऐसी शिक्षण व्यवस्था का निर्माण करना है जो प्रतिफल तथा परिणाम आधारित हो।

अन्य बिंदुओं की समीक्षा के क्रम में उन्हें बताया गया कि झारखंड मे एबीसीडी इनरोलमेंट में विभावि प्रथम स्थान पर है। इसे सरल बनाने के लिए इसका हाइपरलिंक का निर्माण कर लिया गया है। डॉ संजीव राय ने विश्वविद्यालय के पुस्तकालय एवं प्रयोगशालाओं में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति की समीक्षा की। बताया गया की विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय ने एक साथ दो पाठ्यक्रम का लाभ अपने विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध कराने संबंधित अधिसूचना जारी कर दिया है। इस प्रक्रिया से संबंधित कुछ असुविधाओं से भी राजभवन के अधिकारियों को अवगत कराया गया। शोध की प्रगति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई। शोध नैतिकता की पढ़ाई को प्रभावी रूप से संचालित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

इस अवसर पर डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने राजभवन से आए अधिकारियों को बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय में नियमित कुलपति नहीं रहने के कारण सभी कार्य अवरुद्ध हो रहे हैं। छोटे-छोटे सामान्य कार्यों के लिए भी संचिकाएं राजभवन भेजनी पड़ती है। प्रोफेसर बालागुरुस्वामी जी ने आश्वासन दिया कि रांची लौटकर वे इस विषय को गंभीरता से देखेंगे। डॉ मोइत्रा ने यह भी मांग की, कि या तो शीघ्रताशीघ्र नियमित कुलपति की नियुक्ति की जाए। या नहीं तो नियमित कुलपति के नियुक्ति नहीं होने तक वर्तमान कुलपति को नियमित कुलपति के सभी अधिकार उपलब्ध कराई जाए। अन्यथा नैक से संबंधित बचे हुए कार्य अधूरे ही रह जाएंगे।

डॉ सुकल्याण ने शिक्षकों की घोर कमी की समस्या की ओर प्रोसेसर बालागुरुस्वामी एवं डॉ संजीव राय का ध्यान आकृष्ट किया। अनुरोध किया की यथाशीघ्र शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तरों के रिक्त स्थान भरे जाएं। बताया गया बाकी सभी मामलों में विश्वविद्यालय नैक मूल्यांकन करवाने में तत्पर है।

इस अवसर पर विश्वविद्यालय के वित्त परामर्शी सुनील कुमार सिंह, छात्रकल्याण संकायअध्यक्ष प्रो मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह, आइक्यूएसी के निदेशक डॉ सादिक रज्जाक, संकाय अध्यक्ष डॉ एचएन सिनहा, सीसीडीसी डॉ किशोर कुमार गुप्त, कुलसचिव डॉक्टर मोहम्मद मोख्तार आलम, वित्त पदाधिकारी डॉ सुरेंद्र कुशवाहा, परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ सुनील कुमार दुबे, नामांकन कोषांग प्रभारी डॉ इंद्रजीत कुमार, डॉ चंद्रशेखर सिंह, डॉ कुमार विकास, डॉ अनिल उरांव आदि उपस्थित थे।
