सरयू राय ने भाजपा पर पलटवार किया,कहा-ढुल्लू महतो की पैरोकार बनी भाजपा को पहले सत्यता की जांच अपने सूत्रों से करा लेनी चाहिए,तब हमें ज्ञान देना चाहिए था

रांची : धनबाद लोकसभा से भाजपा के प्रत्याशी ढुल्लू महतो के खिलाफ अर्जित की गई अकूत संपत्तियों की जांच को लेकर निर्दलीय विधायक सरयू राय द्वारा ईडी और केंद्रीय-प्रदेश भाजपा के शीर्ष नेताओं को भेजे गए सारे कागजात के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई करने उलटे सरयू राय को ज्ञान बांचे जाने का काम हो रहा है. सरयू राय ने ढुल्लू महतो के सुपुत्र प्रशांत कुमार द्वारा खरीदी गई करीब 2.06 करोड़ रुपये की जमीन का ब्यौरा पिछले 10 अप्रैल को सार्वजनिक किया था। प्रशांत कुमार द्वारा इसके अतिरिक्त गोविंदपुर अंचल के तुमादाहा मौजा में खाता संख्या- 83, 97 और 110 के करीब 11 प्लॉट खरीदने का प्रमाण सामने आया है, जिसका कुल क्षेत्रफल 01 एकड़ 49 डिसमील है। गोविंदपुर अंचल में जमीन खरीदने का सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम दर के अनुसार इन भूखंडों की कीमत 50 लाख रूपये से अधिक आंकी जा रही है। जमीन खरीद एवं म्यूटेशन तथा अंचल कार्यालय में दायर नामान्तरण मुकदमा संख्या 18905/2021-2022 तथा इस जमाबंदी में दिये गये लगान का ब्यौरा संलग्न है।

पीएम को सबसे पहले अपने ‘घर’ का कूड़ा-कचरा साफ करने पर ध्यान देना चाहिए 

सरयू राय ने सोमवार को एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा है कि भाजपा के उन नेताओं को जो मेरा ज्ञान मुझे अपने पास ही रखने की सलाह दे रहे हैं, उन्हें इन विवरणों की वस्तुस्थिति और सत्यता की जांच पहले अपने सूत्रों से करा लेनी चाहिए। उसके बाद उन्हें इस बारे में अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देनी चाहिए कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की घोषणा की कसौटी पर भाजपा के ऐसे उम्मीदवार खरा उतरते है या नहीं? इसके अतिरिक्त उनके पास भाजपा के घोषित उम्मीदवार और उनके परिवारजनों द्वारा खरीदी गई बड़ी संख्या में बेनामी अचल संपत्तियों और कंपनियों के नाम का विस्तृत ब्यौरा भी है। ये कंपनियां दो साल पूर्व दिवालिया होने के कगार पर पंहुच चुकी थी। इन कंपनियों में विगत 04 वर्षों में अकूत अचल संपत्ति खरीदी गयी है, जिसमें हार्ड कोक उद्योग, फ्लावर मिल आदि के भूखंड, निर्मित ढांचा एवं मशीनरी शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अगर वाकई में भ्रष्टाचारियों खिलाफ जंग लड़ रहे हैं तो, सबसे पहले अपने ‘घर’ का कूड़ा-कचरा साफ करने पर ध्यान देना चाहिए.

ढुल्लू महतो के खिलाफ आय से अधिक सपत्ति के ठोस प्रमाण होने के बावजूद जांच एजेंसियां खामोश क्यों?

सरयू राय ने बताया कि इनमें से कई भूखंड गोविंदपुर अंचल के तुमादाहा मौजा में ही स्थित है। ये कंपनियां अभी भी ‘रजिस्ट्रार ऑफ कंपनीज’ के दस्तावेज में सक्रिय दिख रही है और जीएसटी एवं आयकर का भुगतान भी कर रही हैं। इन अचल परिसम्पतियों की कीमत उनके द्वारा कर देने योग्य कुल परिसम्पतियों के मूल्य की तुलना में काफी अधिक है। ऐसे व्यक्तियों और कंपनियों के बारे में प्राप्त सूचनाओं के मिलान आधिकारिक दस्तावेजों से करने के उपरांत वे शीघ्र ही इसे भाजपा नेताओं की जानकारी के लिए सार्वजनिक करेंगे, ताकि वे नहीं चाहते हुए अपने ज्ञान में वृद्धि कर सकें और शायद उनका जमीर जग सके। उनका कहना है कि आखिर इन मामलों में ईडी ने क्यों चुप्पी साध रखी है, ये समझ से परे है. आय से अधिक सम्पत्ति के ठोस मामले होने के बावजूद अगर जांच एजेंसियां निष्क्रियता बरत रही है, तो विपक्ष का यह इल्जाम कि ईडी सिर्फ गैर भाजपाई नेताओं पर कार्रवाई करती है और भाजपा नेताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई में भेदभाव बरतती है तो, फिर चुनाव आयोग की गंभीरता की कैसे अपेक्षा की जा सकती है, इसे आसानी से समझा जा सकता है.
