डॉ अंबेडकर आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक न्याय के पुरोधा थे: डॉ सीपी शर्मा

भारत रत्न डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक न्याय तथा संवैधानिक नैतिकता के लिए अंत तक लड़ते रहे। भारत की आजादी पर उनका मानना था कि लोगों को राजनीतिक अधिकार प्राप्त हुए हैं। लेकिन अभी भी आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक क्षेत्र में अधिकारों का वितरण न्याय पूर्ण नहीं हो पाया है। उन्होंने संविधान के माध्यम से इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने का कार्य किया। उक्त बातें राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के पूर्व विभाग अध्यक्ष डॉ सीपी शर्मा ने कही। डॉ शर्मा सोमवार को “बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर के योगदान” विषय पर आयोजित परीसंवाद को बतौर मुख्य अतिथि संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने 25 नवंबर 1949 को बाबा साहेब द्वारा दिए गए ऐतिहासिक भाषण की एक प्रति विभाग को दिया।

विशिष्ट वक्ता संत कोलंबा महाविद्यालय के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ अशोक राम ने कहा की डॉ अंबेडकर का सबसे महानतम योगदान सामाजिक न्याय के क्षेत्र में था। अंबेडकर ही पहले व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने भारत में संवैधानिक मूल्यों की ओर सबका ध्यान आकृष्ट करवाया। वह आधुनिक भारत का निर्माण करना चाहते थे।

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने किया। उन्होंने सबको स्मरण कराया की विश्व की ख्याति प्राप्त कोलंबिया विश्वविद्यालय ने 2004 मे 100 सर्वकालिक श्रेष्ठ विद्वानों की जो सूची जारी की थी उसमें प्रथम नाम डॉ बी आर अंबेडकर का था। विभागीय प्राध्यापक डॉ अजय बहादुर सिंह ने स्वागत भाषण करते हुए विषय प्रवेश किया। उन्होंने बताया की किस प्रकार भारत के संविधान के निर्माण से लेकर समाज में अस्पृश्यता जैसे अपराध को मिटाने में अंबेडकर ने केंद्रीय भूमिका का निर्वहन किया।

विद्यार्थियों की ओर से नवीन कुमार, अनन्या शर्मा, मनीष कुमार, अर्चना कुमारी एवं कुमार विषेक विद्यार्थी ने अपने-अपने विचार रखें।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ बाबासाहेब के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण तथा पुष्पअर्पण से किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन इंस्पायर फेलो श्वेता कुमारी तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन जेआरएफ शोधार्थी रुखसाना बानो ने किया। परीसंवाद में विभाग के शोधार्थी एवं विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साह पूर्वक भाग लिया।
