जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी का जिलावासियों से अपील… लोकसभा आम चुनाव को स्वतंत्र निष्पक्ष एवं सफल संपन्न कराने को लेकर सी-विजिल एप्प के माध्यम से आदर्श आचार संहिता उल्लघंन से संबंधित शिकायत करें

कोडरमा: लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष एवं सफल संपन्न कराने को लेकर विभिन्न कोषांगों का गठन किया गया है, जिसमें जन शिकायत/सी-विजिल एप्प/ सहायता कोषांग भी गठित है। इस कोषांग के माध्यम से सी-विजिल एप्प/पोर्टल पर आने वाले शिकायतों का चरणाबद्ध तरीके से निवारण किया जाता है। उक्त जानकारी जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त मेघा भारद्वाज ने दी। उन्होंने बताया कि आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन की जानकारी देने के लिए चुनाव आयोग द्वारा ‘cVIGIL’ नाम की मोबाइल ऐप बनाया गया है, फोटो या 2 मिनट तक का वीडियो ऐप पर अपलोड कर सकते हैं।

फोटो या वीडियो अपलोड होते ही उस जगह की लोकेशन मिल जाती है। अपलोड होने के बाद यूजर को एक यूनिक आईडी दिया जाता है, जिसके जरिए वे मोबाइल पर ही अद्यतन स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। शिकायतकर्ता की पहचान को गोपनीय रखा जाता है। एप्प में रिकॉर्डेड वीडियो या फोटो को अपलोड नहीं किया जा सकता है, ताकि ऐप का दुरुपयोग होने से रोका जा सके। इसके अलावा cVIGIL ऐप के जरिए रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो या फोटो भी फोन गैलेरी में सेव नहीं होता है ।

100 मिनट में हो रहा समाधान…..

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त ने बताया कि शिकायतकर्ता जो भी वीडियो या फोटो भेजते हैं, उसे 5 मिनट के अंदर ही सम्बंधित FST/SST को भेज दिया जाता है, स्थानीय स्तर पर शिकायत सही मिलने पर 100 मिनट के अंदर ही उस समस्या का समाधान किया जा रहा है । इसके लिए अनुमंडल स्तर पर cVIGIL, जनशिकायत, जनसहायता कोषांग का गठन किया गया है, जिसमे रोस्टर वार तीन शिफ्ट में कर्मियों को प्रतिनियुक्त किया गया है । कोडरमा जिला में कई शिकायतें प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिनका सही पाये जाने पर त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया है।

सी-विजिल एप्प में किस तरह की शिकायत कर सकते हैं…. सी–वीजिल एप्प के माध्यम से बन्दुक का प्रदर्शन, धमकी देना, भडकाऊ भाषण, पेड न्यूज़, गिफ्ट बाँटना, शराब वितरण, रुपये बाँटना, सम्पति वितरण, फर्जी खबर फैलाना, मुफ्त परिवहन इत्यादि की शिकायत किया जा सकता है। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि लोकसभा आम चुनाव को स्वतंत्र निष्पक्ष एवं सफल संपन्न कराने को लेकर सी-विजिल एप्प के माध्यम से आदर्श आचार संहिता उल्लघंन से संबंधित शिकायत करें।

मतदाताओं की समस्याओं का हो रहा है निराकरण…. जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त ने बताया कि निर्वाचन से सम्बंधित जनसहायता हेतु टोल फ्री नं.1950 में अबतक 294 कॉल प्राप्त हुए है, जिनमें अधिकतम मामला वोटर लिस्ट में नाम जोड़ने से सम्बंधित है, जिसका on call समाधान किया गया है। उन्होंने जिलावासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि निर्वाचन से संबंधित किसी प्रकार की जानकारी लेने हेतु टोल फ्री नं.1950/065341950 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
