कोडरमा : उप विकास आयुक्त ऋतुराज की अध्यक्षता में प्रखण्ड सभागार कोडरमा में मनरेगा एवं अबुआ आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक की गई।बैठक के दौरान समतलीकरण फ़ोटो हो खेल मैदान के लिए प्रखंड स्तरीय नोडल नियुक्त कर भूमि का निरिक्षण कर पंद्रह दिनों के अन्दर पूर्ण कराने हेतु निदेशित किया गया। बिरसा हरित अंतगर्त गड्डा खुदाई का कार्य एक सप्ताह के अंदर पूर्ण कराये। आनगोइंग कूप को पूर्ण कराने हेतु निदेशित किया गया। कई पंचायत के मनरेगा योजनाओं में खराब प्रदर्शन करने वाले ग्राम रोजगार सेवक को एक सप्ताह के अंदर प्रगति हेतु निदेशित किया गया । पुराने योजनाओं को पूर्ण करने हेतु एक सप्ताह के अंदर सभी ग्राम रोजगार सेवक एवं पंचायत सचिव को निदेशित किया गया। जिन पंचायत में कूप निर्माण भौतिक रूप से पूर्ण कर लिया गया हैं उन्हें नरेगा सॉफ्ट पर पूर्ण कराये।
अबुआ आवास के लाभुकों का शत प्रतिशत मास्टर रॉल निर्गत करेंगें।अबुआ आवास योजना अंतगर्त सभी पंचायत सचिव को निदेशित किया गया कि सभी स्वीकृत लाभुकों द्वारा शत प्रतिशत आवास कार्य प्रारंभ कराएंगे और उनका प्लिंथ स्तर तक कार्य कराते हुए जियो टैग करें। द्वितीय किश्त की राशि का भुगतान के लिए आवश्यक हैं कि उन लाभुकों का डॉक्यूमेंट यथा आधार कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक, जॉब कार्ड एवं जाति प्रमाण पत्र पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जाना अनिवार्य हैं। इस संबंध में सभी पंचायत सचिव को निदेशित किया गया कि उन सभी लाभुकों का जाति प्रमाणपत्र दो-तीन दिनों के अन्दर बनाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया । साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर आवास योजना एवं अन्य आवास योजनाओं का भी निरिक्षण कर पूर्ण कराने हेतु निदेशित किया गया। बैठक में सभी पंचायतों के पंचायत सचिव ग्राम रोजगार सेवक कनीय अभियंता प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी प्रखंड समन्वयक प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं जिला स्तर से लोकपाल, मनरेगा, परियोजन पदाधिकारी, परियोजना अर्थशास्त्री, जिला समन्वयक, प्रशिक्षण समन्वयक डीआरडीए उपस्थित थे ।
