आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत पिछले 6 माह से करोड़ों के बकाये को लेकर वीएस नायक ने सीएम-एचएम को लिखा पत्र,कहा-राज्य के सभी प्राइवेट अस्पताल ने गरीब मरीजों का इलाज करने से मना कर दिया है…अविलंब हो भुुुुुगतान

रांची : आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत बकाया राशि होने के कारण गरीब मरीजों का इलाज बंद होने और पिछले 6 माह से बकाया करोड़ों की राशि के अविलंब भुगतान के लिए मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता को पत्र लिखा गया है. संपूर्ण भारत क्रांति पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव, झारखंड प्रभारी विजय शंकर नायक ने इस संदर्भ में ईमेल के जरिए व पत्र भेजकर उन्हें इस संदर्भ में ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया है। उन्होंने बताया कि आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत पिछले 6 महीने से करोड़ों की बकाया राशि का भुगतान नहीं होने से राज्य के सभी प्राइवेट अस्पताल ने गरीब मरीजों का इलाज करने से मना कर दिया है। जिस कारण फिलहाल आयुष्मान कार्ड के तहत किसी तरह की सेवा इन गरीब मरीजों को नहीं मिल पा रहा है। कई अस्पताल तो विधिवत अपने नोटिस बोर्ड पर सूचना चिपका दी है कि वर्तमान में अभी आयुष्मान कार्डधारकों के इलाज की सुविधा बंद है।

रिम्स का आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत करीब 10 करोड़ बकाया है

श्री नायक ने कहा कि कई अस्पताल संचालकों ने इस संदर्भ में यह भी जानकारी दी है कि पूरे राज्य में आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत निजी अस्पतालों के करीब 100 करोड़ रुपये फंसे हुए हैं। डॉक्टर और स्टाफ के वेतन भुगतान रोक कर वह मरीज की सेवा करना उनके लिए मुश्किल साबित हो रही है। चिकित्सा उपकरणों के संचालन में भी हर दिन भारी खर्च होता है. ऐसे में अस्पताल प्रबंधन को भारी संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के सबसे बड़े अस्पताल रिम्स का आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत करीब 10 करोड़ रुपया बकाया है. श्री नायक ने राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री से अनुरोध किया है कि इस दिशा में अभिलंब भुगतान हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए ताकि आयुष्मान कार्डधारकों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना ना पड़े और उनका समुचित इलाज हो सके।
