HC में हेमंत सोरेन की याचिका पर बहस की अगली सुनवाई 12 जून को, कोर्ट रूम में कल्पना भी मौजूद रहीं 

रांची : अदालतों का कई बार चक्कर लगाने के बावजूद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को अबतक राहत नहीं मिली है. इस बीच आम चुनाव भी निकल गए. हेमंत सोरेन की याचिका पर एक बार फिर सोमवार को झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई पूरी हो गई है। ईडी ने आज अदालत में जवाब दाखिल कर दिया है। वहीं कपिल सिब्बल ने ईडी की जांच व सबूतों पर सवाल उठाए। कपिल सिब्बल की बहस सुनने के बाद कोर्ट ने ईडी का पक्ष सुनने के लिए अगली सुनवाई 12 जून की तिथि निर्धारित की है। सुनवाई के दौरान कल्पना सोरेन भी कोर्ट रूम में मौजूद रहीं।

सिब्बल ने कहा-ईडी ने जो धाराएं लगाई हैं, वह पीएमएलए के तहत सही नहीं 

वरीय अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल ने सुनवाई के दौरान हेमंत की ओर से दलील पेश करते हुए कहा कि यह मामला 8.86 एकड़ भूमि से जुड़ा हुआ है। आरोपों के मुताबिक, राजस्व कर्मचारी ने सरकारी दस्तावेजों में छेड़छाड़ की। दो बार ईडी ने छापेमारी की। लेकिन एजेंसी कोई ऐसा दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पायी है, जिससे यह साबित नहीं  हो सका कि हेमंत सोरेन का इस भूमि से कोई लेना-देना है। ईडी ने जो धाराएं लगाई हैं, वह पीएमएलए के अन्तर्गत सही नहीं है। सिर्फ हेमंत सोरेन को जेल भेजने के लिए एक कहानी गढ़ी गई है। कपिल सिब्बल ने एक घंटे से ज्यादा समय तक बहस में ईडी द्वारा अब तक पेश किए गए सबूतों पर भी सवाल खड़े किए।
