प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों ने अंधविश्वास , डायन बिसाही , कुप्रथा एवं नशापान के खिलाफ चलाया जागरूकता अभियान

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर प्रखंड के बारडीह नवाटोली ग्राम में प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों ने समाज में फैली कुरितियां एवं अंधविश्वास , भूत प्रेत , गंडा ताबीज , तंत्र मंत्र के खिलाफ ग्रामीणों के बीच जागरूकता अभियान चलाया इस जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए जिप सदस्य मेरी लकड़ा ने कहा कि अंधविश्वास समाज के लिए सबसे बड़ा कलंक है

जिसके कारण आज ग्रामीण, खास करके महिलाएं डायन आदि के नाम से बहुत ही ज्यादा शोषित होती है। हमें नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि वह महिला हमारी गांव की है, किसी की बहन है, किसी की पत्नी है, किसी की मां भी होती है। लेकिन लोग आज झूठे ओझा गुनी आदि के चक्कर में आकर या फिर जमीन जायदाद को हड़पने को लेकर में डायन बता कर हत्या किया जाता है।जिसका एकमात्र कारण है अंधविश्वास, अशिक्षा। आज जरूरत है लोगो को ऐसी कुप्रथा को जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकने का और एक समृद्ध समाज का निर्माण में अपना अपना योगदान में अपना अहम भूमिका निभाने का । मौके पर का बीडीओ यादव बैठा ने ग्रामीणों को कहा कि ऐसे कुप्रथा में शामिल होने वाले लोगों के लिए विशेष कानून बनाया गया है। इस कानून के तहत पकड़े जाने वाले लोगों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दी जाती है

इसमें बेल तक नहीं मिलता है। आवश्यकता है कि ऐसी कुप्रथा से हम खुद को दूर रखें, और अगर इस तरह की कोई भी घटना होती है तो आप सीधे पुलिस से संपर्क कर सूचना दे। पुलिस आपकी हर संभव मदद करेगी और आपकी सूचना देने वाले की नाम को गुप्त रखेगी। आज के इस जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में बाल विवाह के बारे में बोलते हुए बारडीह मुखिया ईश्वर खेश ने कहा कि बाल विवाह भी अपने आप में बहुत बड़ा अपराध है, क्योंकि विवाह का भी एक समय होता है, देखा जाता है कि शारीरिक विकास पूर्ण रूप से नहीं होने के बावजूद भी लोग बाल विवाह करवाते हैं, जो आगे चलकर खासकर बच्चियों को बहुत ही ज्यादा शारीरिक नुकसान होता है

इसलिए विवाह का भी एक उम्र सरकार ने तय कर रखा है। बाल मजदूरी के बारे में बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जिस उम्र में बच्चे को किताब लेकर स्कूल जाना चाहिए, वही बच्चे आज मजदूरी कर रहे हैं। यह भी बहुत बड़ा अपराध है। ऐसे अभिभावक जो अपने बच्चों को मजदूरी करने हेतु प्रेरित करते हैं, अगर वे पकड़े जाएंगे तो वह भी सजा के हकदार होंगे। कार्यक्रम में नशापान को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी परिवार या समाज को दूषित करने का सबसे बड़ा एक कारण नशा भी है, जो कभी भी समाज या परिवार को फलने फूलने नहीं देता है

साथ ही साथ गंभीर बीमारी का भी शिकार होता है, जिससे आर्थिक और शारीरिक दोनों का ही नुकसान होता है। जमीन विवाद के बारे में उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह की अगर घटना होती है तो आप अंचलाधिकारी और पुलिस का सहयोग लेना चाहिए, न कि आपस में लड़ाई करें। इन जैसी सारी समस्याओं का समाधान थाना स्तर से सुलझाने का प्रयास किया जायेगा, प्रत्येक बुधवार को थाना में भूमि समाधान दिवस मनाया जाता है जिसमे सिर्फ भूमि संबंधी विवाद का निवारण किया जाता है। जरूरत है कि हम जागरूक होकर ग्राम सभा आयोजित करें, सारी समस्याओं का समाधान हो सकता है। इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि हम सभी शिक्षा की ओर अग्रसर हो, अपने बच्चों को शिक्षित करें, ताकि इस तरह की कोई भी घटना हमारे क्षेत्र में हमारे समाज में ना हो। अगर इस तरह की कोई भी घटना होती है तो आप लोग सीधे पुलिस को सचना देने एवं सहयोग करे.
