Kota Factory Season 3 picks up where Season 2 left off. The instructor in Jitendra Kumar’s portrayal of Jeetu Bhaiya views the suicide of one of his students as a personal loss. In addition to receiving assistance from a psychiatrist, he takes a leave of absence from employment to address his mental health.
Conversely, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, and Alam Khan’s portrayals of his three favorite students, Vaibhav, Meena, and Uday, enquire about his homecoming. While Jeetu Bhaiya does return to AIMERS, his ability to manage things isn’t as strong as it once was.

In the comedy-drama, Panchayat, Abhishek, an engineering graduate, follows his journey to become the secretary of a panchayat office in a remote village of Uttar Pradesh because he can’t find a better job. Abhishek starts his job with the sole goal of leaving the village as soon as possible because he is stuck there among wild folks and a challenging way of life; he even studies for the CAT exam for this purpose.
After graduating from college, Abhishek Tripathi, a resident of the city, comes to the small rural hamlet of Phalera in search of work. He takes a position as the village council secretary. However, his notion of what country life is like is far from reality.
