आमजनों की समस्याओं का न्यायोचित समाधान जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है…इसमें किसी की भी लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी: डीसी

गिरिडीह, : समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को सभी जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ विशेष जनता दरबार-सह-अंतर विभागीय समन्वय बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों से पूर्व के जनता दरबार में प्राप्त आवेदनों पर की गई आवश्यक कार्रवाई की समीक्षा की तथा सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि ग्रामीण जनता/जनप्रतिनिधि के द्वारा प्राप्त आवेदनों पर सभी विभाग त्वरित कार्रवाई कर उसका निराकरण करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जनता दरबार के माध्यम से आमजनों की समस्याओं और शिकायतों का निराकरण करना हमारी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि दूरदराज से आमजन अपनी शिकायत लेकर समाहरणालय आते हैं, उन शिकायतों पर प्राथमिकता के साथ उचित कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। उनकी शिकायतों का ससमय निराकरण करने के प्रयास होने चाहिए। ताकि आमजनों को बार बार प्रखंड/अनुमंडल और समाहरणालय का चक्कर काटना न पड़े।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास होना चाहिए कि आमजनों की शिकायतों का निराकरण प्रखंड/अंचल स्तर पर ही किया जाये, ताकि उन्हें भटकना नहीं पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजनों की समस्या का पूरी प्रतिबद्धता और पारदर्शिता से न्यायोचित समाधान जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए और इसमें किसी की भी लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, उप नगर आयुक्त, सिविल सर्जन, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जिला कोषागार पदाधिकारी समेत सभी जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
