परिवार कल्याण दिवस पर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी में परिवार नियोजन मेले का हुआ आयोजन।

बिरनी . परिवार कल्याण दिवस के मौके पर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिरनी के परिसर में आज गुरुवार को परिवार नियोजन पखवाड़े को लेकर एक दिवसीय मेले का आयोजन किया गया.इस मेले का उद्घाटन सीएचसी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ ताजुद्दीन एवं BPM जयशंकर प्रसाद ने संयुक्त रूप से फीता काट कर किया. मेले में अलग-अलग छह काउंटर खोले गए थे. जिसमें मुख्य रूप से जनसंख्या नियंत्रण को लेकर फोकस किया गया था. इस प्रकार गर्भ-निरोधक को लेकर स्थाई एवं अस्थाई विधि की जानकारियों से लोगों को अवगत कराया गया. जिसके तहत ऑरल पिल्स माला एन की गोलियां,कॉन्डम,कॉपर टी,एजी पिल्स,अंतरा इंजेक्शन का अलग-अलग छह कॉउंटरो में तैनात स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों ने परिवार नियोजन को लेकर अस्थायी रूप से गर्भ को रोकने हेतु महिला व पुरुषों को जानकारी साझा कर रहे थे. जबकि स्थाई रूप से महिलाओं के लिए बंध्याकरण व पुरुषों के लिए नसबंदी जैसे विधि हेतु प्रेरित किया जा रहा था. इस दौरान मेले में उपस्थित लोगों को जानकारी देते हुए प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ ताजुद्दीन ने बताया की आमतौर पर लोग कुछ गर्भ निरोधक विधियों की जानकारियों से अपरिचित है जैसे कि आपातकालीन गर्भ निरोधक छाया आपके जानकारी के लिए बता दें की छाया गोली में किसी भी तरह का हार्मोन नहीं है. यही कारण है कि छाया गोली अन्य मिश्रित गोलियों की दुष्प्रभाव से मुक्त है. जैसे कि उल्टी आना,वजन बढ़ना,उच्च रक्तचाप,सूजन होना. लेकिन इस विधि की शुरुआत से पहले चिकित्सक परामर्श तथा महिला की चिकित्सक जांच करा लेनी चाहिए. छाया एक गोली सप्ताह में दो बार लेनी है. प्रारम्भ के तीन माह तक,फिर एक गोली सप्ताह में एक बार तबतक ले जबतक आप बच्चा न चाहें. पहले तीन माह में पहली गोली महावारी शुरू होने के दिन से लेनी चाहिए आदि की विस्तृत जानकारियां दी गयी. इस अवसर पर मुख्य रूप से BPM जयशंकर प्रसाद, लैब टेक्नीशियन नवीन शर्मा एवं सागर दास, फार्मासिस्ट पंकज सिंह ,BTT सुलेखा प्रसाद सिंहा,सहिया साथी -गुनवनती,मुन्नी, MPW हरि प्रसाद हेम्ब्रम
,चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ प्रवीण अग्रवाल, तारकेश्वर एएनएम विनीता कुमारी,संजीदा प्रवीण,पप्पू कुमार, पंकज शर्मा, राजेन्द्र पासवान, हरि दास, ज़ियाउल, संगीता सहित अन्य चिकित्सा कर्मी मौजूद थे
