उपायुक्त ने सीएसआर मामलों को लेकर कंपनी तथा प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ की समीक्षा बैठक

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में उद्योग विभाग एवं सीएसआर मामलों को लेकर कंपनी तथा प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने पदाधिकारियों द्वारा प्राप्त प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर सीएसआर कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई।
बैठक में मुख्य रूप से सीएसआर हिंडालको कंपनी अंतर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्रों के विकास करने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

प्रबंधक (सीएसआर ) हिंडाल्को कंपनी द्वारा शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, विभिन्न संरचनाओं के निर्माण आदि के कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। उक्त सभी कार्यों की उपयुक्त ने बिंदुवार समीक्षा की।
इस दौरान सीएसआर मद से आवासीय विद्यालयों की मरम्मती, विद्यालयों एवं अन्य स्थानों पर लगाए जा रहे सोलर लाइट की सुविधा, उच्च/मध्य विद्यालयों एवं आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मती, बाउंड्री वॉल निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे कार्यों, आदि की समीक्षा की।

उपायुक्त ने हिंडालको कंपनी को पीएचडी विभाग के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए सीएसआर के क्षेत्रों में सभी ग्रामों/ टोलों अंर्तगत प्राकृतिक जल स्रोतों को चिन्हित करते हुए, उससे आस पास के गांव तक पेय जल आपूर्ति के कनेक्शन करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए एवं योजना तैयार करने की बात कही, जिसके लिए उन्होंने तीन सप्ताह का समय दिया, उन्होंने शत प्रतिशत ग्रामों/ टोलों में पानी की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। उपायुक्त ने सीएसआर क्षेत्र अंर्तगत संचालित अस्पतालों की स्थिति एवं डॉक्टर्स के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त की, जिसके तहत उपायुक्त ने ही हिंडालको को डॉक्टर्स के रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही नेतरहाट स्थित बने अस्पताल की स्थिति की जानकारी लेते हुए वहां भी पानी की आपूर्ति को दुरुस्त करने एवं शेष बचे कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। सीएसआर क्षेत्र अंर्तगत संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों में स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर का आयोजन करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए, आवासीय विद्यालयों में बच्चों के बीच हेल्थ कार्ड उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। उपायुक्त ने पाठ क्षेत्र में रहने वाले नागरिकों के आजीविका संवर्धन करने हेतु योजना तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया । इस दौरान माइनिंग वाले क्षेत्रों में वहां के नागरिकों के साथ विमर्श करते हुए मत्स्य पालन हेतु तालाब निर्माण करने की भी बात कही, उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्य हेतु मत्स्य विभाग से संपर्क स्थापित करते हुए मत्स्य पालन हेतु तालाब निर्माण करें। उन्होंने 15 दिनों के अंर्तगत PPE किट का वितरण अस्पतालों में करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त के द्वारा हिंडाल्को को टी.बी. के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने हेतु एन.टी.ई.पी. झारखंड (NHM) नामकुम से प्राप्त मोमेंटो एवं सर्टिफिकेट को देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

इसके अलावा अन्य कई मुख्य बिंदुओं पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त द्वारा आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में उपस्थित

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जीएम डीआईसी,सिविल सर्जन, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी,अंचल अधिकारी विशुनपुर ,अंचल अधिकारी घाघरा ,हिंडालको लोहरदगा प्रबंधकों के अलावा अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे ।
