फेयर प्राइस डीलर्स संघ का महासम्मेलन-सह सम्मान समारोह में गिरिडीह विधायक ने कहा-हमारी सरकार ने कोटेदारों-एसएजी समूह को अधिकार देने का काम किया

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन)  : ऑल इंडिया फेयर प्राइस डीलर्स एसोसिएशन का सोमवार को राज्य स्तरीय महासम्मेलन सह सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। जिला मुख्यालय के संगम अतिथि हॉल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में संघ के प्रदेश कमेटी, जिला कमेटी, प्रखण्ड कमेटी समेत सौ से अधिक पंचायतों से आए  पीडीएस संचालक-एसएजी समूहों की बहनों के अलावा मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में गिरिडीह क्षेत्र के विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, विशिष्ट अतिथि संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ओंकार नाथ झा, कांग्रेस के कार्यकारी जिला अध्यक्ष भाई सतीश केडिया, संघ के मुख्य संरक्षक-सह जिला 20 सूत्री उपाध्यक्ष भाई संजय सिंह सहित प्रदेश के अन्य पदधारी उपस्थित थे।

‘उम्र सीमा की बाध्यता खत्म कर कमीशन में बढ़ोतरी की गई’

समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू ने कहा कि सत्तारूढ़ हेमंत सोरेन सरकार ने अपने कार्यकाल में पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से प्रदेश के सभी वर्गों के हितों में कार्य कर उनकी समस्याओं को यथासंभव दूर करने का कार्य किया है। इसी कड़ी में राज्य भर के कोटेदारों की लम्बित मांग अनुकंपा में उम्र सीमा की बाध्यता समाप्त कर कमीशन में बढ़ोतरी की गई। कोटेदारों की वैध मांगों को लेकर विधायक ने अपनी बातें मुखरता से स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा कि किसी एक के गलत होने से पूरे वर्ग को गलत कहना लाजमी नहीं है। कहा कि कोटेदारों के वैध अधिकारों को लेकर सरकार के समक्ष उन्होंने ईमानदार प्रयास किये, जिसके फलस्वरूप आज 25 हजार काटेदार ही नहीं, अपितु 25 हजार परिवारों के चेहरों पर वे मुस्कान देख पा रहे हैं.

‘कोटेदारों के संबंध में गलत धारणा बदलने की जरूरत’

विधायक ने कहा कि समय के साथ कोटेदारों के संबंध में गलत धारणा को बदलने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने राज्य भर के कोटेदारों- एसएजी समूह की बहनों के लिए वैध अधिकारों के लिए रास्ता बनाने का काम किया और लोगों का आशीर्वाद मिला तो आगे भी जारी रहेगा। पुनः हेमंत सरकार बनी तो शेष मांगों के लिए संघर्ष की नौबत नहीं आने देंगे। विधायक ने कहा कि पीडीएस संचालकों की बहुत बड़ी ताकत है. कोरोना काल में अनाज वितरण में यह स्पष्ट हो गया है। 25 हजार पीडीएस से जुड़े लोगों को हल्के में लेना मानवता के खिलाफ है। चुनावों में भी एक-एक कोटेदारों में सौ वोटरों को इधर से उधर करने की क्षमता है, इसमे संदेह नहीं है।

विधायक ने डीलरों की मांग व सीएम के बीच पुल का काम किया

कार्यक्रम में जिला 20 सूत्री उपाध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिह, कांग्रेस के कार्यकारी जिला अध्यक्ष सतीश केडिया ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने ही अपने पहले कार्यकाल में कोटेदारों का कमीशन बढ़ाकर एक रुपया किया था और इस बार इसे बढ़ाकर 150 रुपया प्रति क्विंटल किया है। कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ओंकार नाथ झा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन सरकार ने झारखण्ड के पीडीएस संचालकों को अनुकंपा की उम्र सीमा हटाने के साथ-साथ विशेष परिस्थिति में अपने आश्रित को अनुज्ञप्ति हस्तांतरित करने की सुविधा प्रदान की है, यह सुविधा देश के किसी अन्य प्रदेश सरकार ने नहीं दी है। इसके लिए राज्य भर के 25 हजार पीडीएस परिवार सरकार का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता है और विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि आनेवाले समय में राज्य भर में डीलर आपके साथ खड़े रहेंगे। गिरिडीह विधायक के संदर्भ में संघ के अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि श्री सोनू ने राज्यभर के डीलरों की मांग और सीएम के बीच पुल का काम किया जिसके कारण हमें भाई श्री सोनू का सम्मान करने में गर्व की अनुभूति हो रही है।

संघ की ओर से विधायक का सम्मान किया गया

इससे पहले संघ की ओर से अमित कुमार, केदार प्रसाद, गोपाल साव, अजहर आलम, राजेश राज, मोहन भैया, अवधेश सिंह, विद्या देवी, रंजीत तरवे, श्याम नंदन राय, अजय पाण्डेय, केदार बरनवाल, लक्ष्मण साव, राजेश वर्मा, धीरज सिंह व अन्य ने विधायक का संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ओंकार नाथ झा का, संजय सिंह का सतीश केडिया का व अन्य का बूके देकर व शॉल-साफा पहनाकर कर स्वागत-  सम्मान किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता जिला अध्यक्ष राजेश बंसल ने एवं संचालन राजकुमार चरण पहाड़ी एवं हरि मोहन कन्धवे ने किया। कार्यक्रम में अमित सिन्हा, राम चन्द्र यादव, संजय झा, सुनील सिन्हा, नियाज अहमद, विद्या भूषण सिंह, सस्तार अंसारी, राजेश वर्मा, शाहिद असलम समेत काफी संख्या में संघ के प्रखण्ड अध्यक्ष व अन्य मौजूद थे।
