कई मामलों में दोष सिद्ध होने के बावजूद मंत्री के खिलाफ अबतक कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं हुई…?

महिला के साथ अश्लील वार्ता के मामले में मंत्री का वीडियो जारी हुआ…खुद ही FIR दर्ज करायी, वो बताएं…आज तक उसका कोई फलाफल क्यों नहीं निकला?

रांची : जमशेदपुर पूर्वी-पश्चिमी के विधायकों की आपसी खींचतान और आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का दौर थमने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा है. सूबे के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता के संबंध में सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई एक एफआईआर पर सरयू राय ने मोर्चा खोल दिया है. श्री राय ने बाकायदा इसके लिए मंगलवार को रांची स्थित अपने आवास पर एक प्रेसवार्ता कर बताया कि मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता के सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल जिस एफआईआर को फर्जी बता रहे हैं, उसपर रांची के एसपी (नगर) ने कहा है कि इसका स्रोत जानने के लिए जांच की जा रही है. दूसरी ओर बन्ना गुप्ता के एक प्यादे ने जमशेदपुर में तीन लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करायी है. एफआईआर दर्ज होते ही पुलिस सक्रिय हो गई है. अब राय ने इस मामले की न्यायिक जांच की मांग की है. क्योंकि जिन तीन लोगों पर जमशेदपुर के कदमा थाना में एफआईआर दर्ज हुई है, मंत्री उन्हें मेरा नजदीकी बता कर मुझे भी इसमें लपेटना चाह रहे हैं.

‘बन्ना खुद को बैकवर्ड बताकर सहानुभूति हासिल करना चाहते हैं’

श्री राय ने मीडिया को याद दिलाया कि अप्रैल 2023 में एक महिला के साथ अश्लील वार्ता करते हुए बन्ना गुप्ता का वीडियो जारी हुआ था. इसपर उन्होंने खुद ही एफआईआर दर्ज करायी थी, पर आज तक उसका कोई फलाफल क्यों नहीं निकला? बन्ना गुप्ता खुद को बैकवर्ड कहकर सहानुभूति हासिल करना चाहते हैं. गत एक माह में इन्होंने जमशेदपुर में क़रीब 100 गरीब फुटपाथ दुकानदारों का आशियाना तोड़वाया है. कोविड महामारी के दौरान आदित्यपुर, जमशेदपुर के एक अस्पताल को बन्द करा दिया. इसके मुख्य चिकित्सक डॉ. ओपी आनन्द को जेल भेजवा दिया. जमशेदपुर के कांतिलाल मेडिका अस्पताल को बंद करा दिया. चिकित्सक सहित करीब 350 अस्पताल कर्मी इससे प्रभावित हुए. जमशेदपुर के मेडिट्रिना अस्पताल को 29 दिनों तक निलम्बित रखा. उमा अस्पताल, डिस्कवरी डॉयग्नोस्टिक सहित कई चिकित्सकीय संस्थानों पर दबाव डाला और धमकाया. सरयू राय ने कहा कि बन्ना गुप्ता ने जमशेदपुर के एमजीएम अस्पताल के प्रबंधन पर आधिपत्य जमा लिआ है. उन्होंने अपने एक नुमाइन्दे को अस्पताल के अधीक्षक के कमरे के सामने ही एक बड़ा कमरा देकर उसे वहां बैठा दिया है. जब भी एमजीएम का कोई मिस मैनेजमेंट उजागर होता है तो, बन्ना गुप्ता को परेशानी होनी लगती है.

बन्ना गुप्ता जैसे शख्स ने राजनीति को रोजगार बनाया

उन्होंने कहा कि निविदा राशि से अधिक मूल्य पर दवाओं की खरीद, चिकित्सकों के स्थानांतरण-पदस्थापन में घोर अनियमितता, कोविड प्रोत्साहन राशि में घपला, 108-एंबुलेंस की खरीद में घोटाला, फार्मेंसी काउंसिल के रजिस्ट्रार की नियुक्ति में गड़बड़ी, सहित कई मामलों में दोष सिद्ध होने के बावजूद आखिर मंत्री के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है, ये अहम सवाल है. विधायक ने कहा कि जमशेदपुर ही नहीं, बल्कि सूबे के सभी अस्पताल में बदइंतजामी के शिकार हैं. मरीजों का समुचित इलाज नहीं हो पाता है. वहीं मेडिकल कॉलेजों में छात्रावासों की स्थिति दयनीय है. उन्होंने कहा कि मंत्री ने मुझसे सवाल किया है कि विगत कई वर्षों से मैं स्वर्णरेखा नदी का पानी बोतल में भरकर जांच के लिए ले जाता हूं पर उसकी रिपोर्ट क्या है यह पता नहीं चल पाता है. दरअसल, बन्ना गुप्ता जैसे शख्स राजनीति को रोजगार बना लिया है और वैध-अवैध कमाई से जमशेदपुर के नजदीक और दूर के स्थानों पर अपने परिवार के लोगों के नाम से फॉर्म हाउस खड़ा कर लिया है. कहा कि मैंने कई बार इस संबंध में सरकार से कहा है कई बार विधानसभा में भी सवाल उठाया है. इसके बावजूद कब जांच की दिशा में सरकार एक कदम आगे नहीं बढ़ी, आखिर क्यों? इसका जवाब कौन देगा?
