जिले में पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत 11 नए सड़कों के निर्माण को मिली मंजूरी, जल्द शुरू होंगे कार्य

गुमला, अक्टूबर 2024:
गुमला जिले के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में आवागमन और कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत 11 नए सड़क निर्माण परियोजनाओं को Empowered Committee द्वारा मंजूरी मिल गई है। ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, झारखंड सरकार और जिला प्रशासन के संयुक्त प्रयास से यह कदम उठाया गया है। इन सड़कों का निर्माण क्षेत्रीय नागरिकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से किया जाएगा। इससे पहले भी 23 सड़कों के निर्माण के लिए स्वीकृति प्राप्त हुई थी, जिनमें से अधिकांश सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य शुरू हो चुका है या पूरा हो चुका है।

नए सड़कों की मंजूरी से ग्रामीणों में उत्साह

जिले के सुदूर इलाकों में बसे नागरिकों को लंबे समय से बेहतर सड़कों की दरकार थी। अब जिले के 11 नए सड़कों के निर्माण को मंजूरी मिलने से लोगों में खुशी और उम्मीद की लहर है। इन सड़कों के निर्माण से खासतौर पर सुदूरवर्ती गांवों और जनजातीय क्षेत्रों के लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी, क्योंकि अब तक उन तक पहुंचने का मार्ग कष्टप्रद और कठिन था। पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत आने वाले ये सड़कें क्षेत्र में विकास की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होंगी।

निर्माण के लिए चयनित सड़कों की सूची

जिला प्रशासन ने इन 11 सड़कों का चयन स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों और नागरिकों के सुझावों के आधार पर किया है। चयनित सड़कों में शामिल कुछ प्रमुख मार्ग निम्नलिखित हैं:

1. बिशुनपुर प्रखंड:
   • हेल्ता से बलातु पथ तक (5.45 किलोमीटर)
   • टूटुवा कुझाम से रामझरिया तक (6.02 किलोमीटर)
   • सेरका पंचायत से जालिम वाया हारूप ग्राम तक (9.11 किलोमीटर)
   • कुजाम से छोटोंगपथ तक (3.712 किलोमीटर)
2. चैनपुर प्रखंड:
   • गुंगरुपाट से चकडीपा तक (2.068 किलोमीटर)
   • लुपुंगपाट से बीजापाठ तक (5.534 किलोमीटर)
   • चमनरावा गुरदरी से बगलाटा तक (3.2 किलोमीटर)
3. डुमरी प्रखंड:
   • दीना महुआ टोली से बेल्टोली तक (3.4 किलोमीटर)
   • कांदापाट से टोपेटोली तक (2.55 किलोमीटर)
   • कांदापाट से दुलुसरना तक (1.68 किलोमीटर)
4. घाघरा प्रखंड:
   • दिर्गाओं से सनातनगढ़ तक (4.975 किलोमीटर)

ये सड़कों के निर्माण कार्य आने वाले कुछ महीनों में शुरू कर दिए जाएंगे, जिससे क्षेत्रीय विकास को गति मिलेगी। सड़कों के निर्माण से न सिर्फ लोगों की आवाजाही आसान होगी, बल्कि आर्थिक गतिविधियों में भी तेजी आएगी।

पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत सड़कों के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया

पीएम-जनमन योजना का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को मुख्यधारा से जोड़ना और उन तक बुनियादी सुविधाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है। इस योजना के तहत, सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले नागरिकों के लिए पक्की सड़कों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है, ताकि उनकी जीवनशैली में सुधार हो सके। इन सड़कों का निर्माण क्षेत्रीय आवश्यकताओं और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के सुझावों को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया जा रहा है।

ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग और जिला प्रशासन ने कई महीनों की मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के बाद इन सड़कों का चयन किया है। इसके तहत PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group) गांवों और उन क्षेत्रों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया है, जहां अब तक कनेक्टिविटी बेहद कमजोर रही है।

सड़कों के निर्माण से ग्रामीणों को मिलेंगी ये सुविधाएं

सड़कों के निर्माण के बाद ग्रामीणों को कई लाभ मिलेंगे, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से शामिल हैं:

• बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी: इन सड़कों के निर्माण से सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों को शहरी और विकसित क्षेत्रों से जोड़ा जाएगा, जिससे नागरिकों को शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिलेंगे।
• सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास: बेहतर सड़कें आर्थिक विकास के द्वार खोलेंगी। ग्रामीण उत्पादों की शहरों में पहुंच आसान होगी, जिससे कृषि और छोटे व्यवसायों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
• आपातकालीन सेवाएं: आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, एम्बुलेंस, और अन्य बचाव कार्यों के लिए अब गांवों तक जल्दी पहुंच संभव होगी, जिससे जान-माल की हानि को कम किया जा सकेगा।
• पर्यटन को बढ़ावा: सड़कों के निर्माण से जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों तक पहुंच में सुधार होगा, जिससे पर्यटन उद्योग को भी फायदा होगा और स्थानीय रोजगार सृजन में मदद मिलेगी।

जिला प्रशासन और ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग का प्रयास

गुमला जिला प्रशासन और ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग ने सड़कों के निर्माण में विशेष प्राथमिकता दी है, क्योंकि यह ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विकास का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस योजना को गति देते हुए कहा, “हमारी कोशिश है कि सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में सड़कों की स्थिति को सुधार कर नागरिकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं। सड़क निर्माण का कार्य पूरा होते ही, नागरिकों को आवागमन में आने वाली समस्याओं से छुटकारा मिलेगा।”

आगे की योजना

जिला प्रशासन के अनुसार, यह केवल शुरुआत है। आने वाले समय में और भी सड़कों के निर्माण के प्रस्ताव तैयार किए जाएंगे, ताकि अधिक से अधिक क्षेत्रों को कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ा जा सके। इसके लिए प्रशासन द्वारा Empowered Committee के माध्यम से और अधिक सड़कों के अनुमोदन के लिए प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

ग्रामीण विकास की दिशा में बड़ा कदम

गुमला जिले में पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत 11 नए सड़कों के निर्माण की मंजूरी ने क्षेत्रीय विकास को एक नई दिशा दी है। इन सड़कों के बनने से न केवल ग्रामीणों की कनेक्टिविटी में सुधार होगा, बल्कि यह क्षेत्र के सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। जिला प्रशासन और ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग के इस संयुक्त प्रयास से यह उम्मीद की जा रही है कि आने वाले वर्षों में गुमला जिला भी बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी और सुविधाओं के लिए जाना जाएगा।
