19 कोडरमा विधानसभा चुनाव 2024: निर्वाची पदाधिकारी ने प्रत्याशियों के साथ बैठक में दिए अहम दिशा-निर्देश

कोडरमा – आगामी विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के तहत 23 नवंबर को आयोजित होने वाली मतगणना की तैयारियों को लेकर 19 कोडरमा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी प्रत्याशियों और उनके प्रतिनिधियों के साथ एक बैठक संपन्न हुई। यह बैठक निर्वाची पदाधिकारी सह अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी रिया सिंह की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई।

बैठक का उद्देश्य प्रत्याशियों को मतगणना प्रक्रिया, नियमों, और दिशा-निर्देशों की जानकारी देना था। उपस्थित प्रतिनिधियों को आदर्श आचार संहिता और मतगणना से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया।

बैठक के मुख्य बिंदु

1. मतगणना प्रक्रिया की जानकारी
निर्वाची पदाधिकारी ने प्रत्याशियों और उनके प्रतिनिधियों को मतगणना स्थल और समय के बारे में जानकारी दी।

• स्थान: कोडरमा पोलिटेक्निक कॉलेज।
• वज्रगृह का समय: मतगणना शुरू होने और समाप्त होने का स्पष्ट विवरण दिया गया।
• पोस्टल बैलेट वज्रगृह: इसके संचालन और स्थान के बारे में भी जानकारी साझा की गई।

2. मतगणना अभिकर्ता की प्रतिनियुक्ति
निर्वाची पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रत्याशियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने मतगणना अभिकर्ताओं की सूची समय पर प्रस्तुत करें। यह सूची प्रत्याशी स्वयं या उनके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराई जा सकती है।

3. आदर्श आचार संहिता (MCC) का पालन
बैठक के दौरान यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि आदर्श आचार संहिता वर्तमान में लागू है। प्रत्याशियों और उनके समर्थकों को इसका सख्ती से पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

सूचना एवं शिकायत के लिए नियंत्रण कक्ष

निर्वाची पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि कोडरमा में चुनाव प्रक्रिया से संबंधित सभी जानकारी और शिकायतों के लिए जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष और 1950 हेल्पलाइन सक्रिय हैं।

• महत्वपूर्ण समय सीमा: मतगणना दिवस से 72 घंटे पूर्व किसी भी जानकारी के लिए इन केंद्रों का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
• शिकायतों और सुझावों को समय पर निपटाने के लिए यह केंद्र 24×7 कार्यरत हैं।

बैठक में उपस्थित प्रमुख प्रतिभागी

इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में 19 कोडरमा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी प्रत्याशी और उनके अधिकृत प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे। निर्वाची पदाधिकारी रिया सिंह ने उन्हें निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से चुनाव प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने का आह्वान किया।

चुनाव प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने की पहल

1. नियमों की स्पष्टता
निर्वाची पदाधिकारी द्वारा साझा की गई जानकारी से यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि प्रत्याशी मतगणना प्रक्रिया के सभी पहलुओं को समझें। इससे अनावश्यक भ्रम और विवादों को टाला जा सकेगा।

2. समन्वय और सहयोग पर जोर
प्रत्याशियों और उनके प्रतिनिधियों को प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ सहयोग करते हुए चुनाव प्रक्रिया को सुचारू बनाने का आग्रह किया गया।

3. निष्पक्ष चुनाव की गारंटी
निर्वाची पदाधिकारी ने जोर देकर कहा कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया में किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। शिकायतों के लिए नियंत्रण कक्ष का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी गई।

19 कोडरमा विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए आयोजित यह बैठक मतगणना प्रक्रिया और नियमों की स्पष्टता के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल थी। निर्वाची पदाधिकारी रिया सिंह की अध्यक्षता में प्रत्याशियों को समयबद्ध और निष्पक्ष चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
