उप प्रमुख रविकांत सिंह ने पीडीएस अनियमितताओं पर जताई सख्ती

हजारीबाग के सदर प्रखंड में जनवितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) की दुकानों पर हो रही गड़बड़ियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई का संकेत दिया गया है। उप प्रमुख रविकांत सिंह ने लाभुकों को उचित राशन न मिलने की शिकायतों पर गंभीर रुख अपनाते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी।
इसके अलावा, उन्होंने संपन्न परिवारों द्वारा गलत तरीके से राशन कार्ड बनवाने की घटनाओं पर भी नाराज़गी जताई और उचित जांच का आदेश दिया।

गड़बड़ियों के खिलाफ सख्त चेतावनी

पीडीएस दुकानों से लगातार ऐसी शिकायतें मिल रही थीं कि लाभुकों को निर्धारित मात्रा से कम राशन दिया जा रहा है।

• अनियमितताओं पर आदेश:
  रविकांत सिंह ने अधिकारियों को इन शिकायतों की सख्ती से जांच करने का निर्देश दिया है।
• दुकानदारों को चेतावनी:
  उन्होंने कहा,

  “राशन वितरण में किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी या कालाबाजारी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। दोषियों पर तुरंत कार्रवाई होगी।”

गरीबों के अधिकारों पर हो रहा अतिक्रमण

रविकांत सिंह ने यह भी बताया कि संपन्न परिवार, जो सरकारी सुविधाओं के पात्र नहीं हैं, गलत तरीके से राशन कार्ड बनवा रहे हैं।

• गरीबों का हनन:
  इस प्रकार की गतिविधियां जरूरतमंदों के अधिकारों का हनन करती हैं।
• कानूनी कार्रवाई:
  ऐसे मामलों की जांच कर दोषियों को कानूनी कार्रवाई का सामना करना पड़ेगा।

लाभुकों की शिकायतें

पीडीएस वितरण में गड़बड़ियां आम शिकायत बन चुकी हैं।

1. राशन में कटौती:
   लाभुकों का कहना है कि उन्हें निर्धारित मात्रा से कम राशन दिया जाता है।
2. कालाबाजारी:
   कुछ दुकानदार राशन का अवैध तरीके से कालाबाजारी कर रहे हैं।

प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी

रविकांत सिंह ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि:

• कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाए।
• अनियमितताओं को रोकने के लिए त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाए।

आगे की कार्रवाई: गरीबों के हक की सुरक्षा

राशन वितरण प्रणाली की पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संपन्न परिवारों और अनियमितताओं में शामिल दुकानदारों पर कार्रवाई अनिवार्य है।

• सख्त कदम:
  उप प्रमुख ने स्पष्ट किया कि भविष्य में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
• जांच टीम की तैनाती:
  प्रत्येक पीडीएस दुकान पर जांच टीमों को तैनात किया जाएगा।

इस प्रकार की सख्ती और दिशा-निर्देश यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि गरीबों को उनका हक समय पर और सही मात्रा में मिले।
