झारखंड की राजनीति में ही सक्रिय होंगे रघुवर दास, नई रणनीति के साथ अब आगे बढ़ेगी भाजपा

 तमाम नामों पर मंथन के बाद ही पार्टी ने रघुवर दास के नाम पर विचार किया. झारखंड में अभी भी रघुवर ओबीसी समाज के सबसे बड़े नेता माने जाते हैं. इनका प्रभाव पूरे राज्य में है. न सिर्फ ओबीसी वर्ग में बल्कि दूसरी जातियों में भी इनकी पकड़ है. अनुभवी के साथ-साथ वे कुशल रणनीतिकार भी हैं.

रांची: पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और ओडिशा के राज्यपाल रहे रघुवर दास को लेकर भाजपा की राजनीति में हलचल तेज है. मंगलवार की रात रघुवर दास ने जैसे ही राज्यपाल के पद से इस्तीफा दिया, वैसे ही राजनीतिक सरगर्मी बढ़ गई. यह साफ हो गया कि वह फिर से सक्रिय राजनीति में लौटेंगे. रघुवर दास केंद्र नहीं, बल्कि झारखंड की राजनीति में ही सक्रिय रहेंगे. यहीं जिम्मेदारी दी जाएगी. रघुवर भी यही चाहते हैं.

रघुवर दास ने भले ही अचानक इस्तीफा दिया हो, लेकिन इसकी पृष्ठभूमि पिछले हफ्ते तैयार हो गई थी. रघुवर दास दिल्ली गए थे. वहां केंद्रीय नेताओं से उनकी मुलाकात हुई और सारी बातें दिल्ली में ही तय हुईं. गृहमंत्री अमित शाह की सहमति से पूरी योजना बनी. विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले रघुवर दास सक्रिय राजनीति में लौटना चाहते थे, लेकिन अमित शाह ने रघुवर दास से कहा था कि अभी आपकी झारखंड में जरूरत नहीं है. जब जरूरत होगी तो आपको बता दिया जाएगा.

भाजपा अब अपने कोर वोटर पर ध्यान देना चाहेगी

विधानसभा चुनाव में झारखंड में जब भाजपा को करारी हार मिली तो फिर पार्टी ने रघुवर दास की जरूरत और अहमियत समझी. इसके बाद उन्हें राज्यपाल पद छोड़ने को कहा गया. झारखंड में हार की केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने जब समीक्षा की तो कई बातें सामने निकल कर आई. पार्टी ने जिन नेताओं पर भरोसा किया व उन्हें आगे बढ़ाया वह कुछ कर नहीं पाए. जनता का विश्वास नहीं जीत पाए. आदिवासी कार्ड फेल हो गया. आदिवासियों को अपने पाले में करने को लेकर सारे प्रयास विफल हो गए. आदिवासियों ने भाजपा का साथ नहीं दिया.

भाजपा झारखंड में अब नई रणनीति के साथ आगे बढ़ना चाहती है. भाजपा अब अपने कोर वोटर पर ध्यान देगी. उन्हें अब महत्व देगी और आगे बढ़ाएगी. भाजपा  रणनीति के तहत ओबीसी,  जेनरल और दलितों को साथ लेकर आगे बढ़ेगी. इन वर्गों का समर्थन अभी भी इंडिया गठबंधन के मुकाबले भाजपा के साथ अधिक है. यदि इन पर और फोकस किया गया, राजनीति में इनको तरजीह दी जाएगी आगे तो आनेवाले दिनों में भाजपा को इसका लाभ मिलेगा. भाजपा ने मान लिया है कि यदि अब भी उनकी उपेक्षा की गई तो हालात और खराब होंगे.

भाजपा अब ओबीसी वर्ग से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बनाना चाह रही है. पार्टी में ओबीसी वर्ग से कोई ऐसा बड़ा चेहरा नहीं है, जिसे प्रदेश अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेदारी दी जा सके. कहने को तो कई नाम हैं लेकिन कोई ऐसा चेहरा नहीं है जिस पर पार्टी भरोसा कर सके. राज्य स्तर पर किसी की पहचान नहीं है.

रघुवर इसके पूर्व दो बार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं

24 साल में रघुवर दास ही ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री रहे, जिन्होंने 5 साल का कार्यकाल पूरा किया. इस दौरान उन्होंने कई दलों तोड़फोड़ कर विधायकों की संख्या बढ़ाई थी. रघुवर दास इसके पहले दो बार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके हैं. रघुवर दास का कार्यकाल भी अच्छा रहा था. विकास के अनेक काम हुए. भले दूसरी बार उनकी सरकार नहीं बनी, लेकिन उनके कार्यकाल में हुए काम को भुलाया नहीं जा सकता है.

रघुवर दास स्वभाव से कड़क हैं. हालांकि यह कड़कपन कहीं फायदेमंद रहा तो कहीं नुकसानदेह. अधिकारियों में उनकी हनक थी. अधिकारी डरते थे और काम करते थे. दूसरी ओर यही कड़ापन से उनको नुकसान भी पहुंचा. कार्यकर्ताओं और लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ी. इसका खमियाजा उन्हें भुगतना पड़ा.

लेकिन समय के साथ रघुवर दास अब बहुत बदल गए हैं. पिछली गलतियों से उन्होंने सबक लिया है. अब उनके हाव-भाव काफी बदल गए हैं. ओडिशा में उन्होंने 14 महीने के कार्यकाल में राज्यपाल के रूप में बेहतर काम किया है. वह 1 साल तक गांव-गांव घूमते रहे. लोगों की समस्या सुनते रहे और उसका निराकरण भी करते रहे. राजभवन भी वहां जनता के लिए सुलभ हो गया था. राज्य में भाजपा की पहली बार सरकार बनी.

तमाम पहलुओं पर विचार और मंथन के बाद केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने रघुवर दास को सक्रिय राजनीति में लाने का फैसला लिया है. शिवराज सिंह चौहान, लक्ष्मीकांत वाजपेयी और हिमंता विश्व सरमा सहित कई नेताओं ने रघुवर दास के पक्ष में अमित शाह को अपनी रिपोर्ट दी थी. इसके बाद ही रघुवर दास पर फैसला लिया गया. बहुत संभव है कि रघुवर दास अगले प्रदेश अध्यक्ष होंगे.

हमारे सूत्र बताते हैं कि रघुवर दास राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नहीं बनाए जाएंगे. बल्कि उन्हें झारखंड की राजनीति में ही सक्रिय किया जाएगा. राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के लिए भाजपा में कई नाम हैं. रघुवर दास की जरूरत झारखंड में है. इसलिए उनकी सेवा यहीं ली जाएगी. रघुवर दास भी झारखंड की राजनीति में ही सक्रिय रहना चाहते हैं. रघुवर दास की वापसी की खबर से ही भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं में खुशी की लहर है.

रघुवर दास को जब प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बनाया जाएगा तो, संभव है बाबूलाल मरांडी विधानसभा में प्रतिपक्ष के नेता बनेंगे और सीपी सिंह को मुख्य सचेतक बनाया जा सकता है. इन तीनों नाम पर फैसला फरवरी के अंत तक या फिर मार्च के पहले हफ्ते में हो सकता है.
