विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय की 196वीं अभिषद बैठक: 6 अहम मुद्दों पर चर्चा

हजारीबाग – विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय की 196वीं अभिषद बैठक शनिवार, 4 जनवरी 2024 को आयोजित की जाएगी। इस बैठक में छह प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श होगा, जिसके लिए राजभवन से अनुमति प्राप्त हुई है। बैठक की अध्यक्षता विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर पवन कुमार पोद्दार करेंगे।

प्रमुख एजेंडे और विषय

1. पूर्व प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा और स्वीकृति

• मद संख्या 1301: 18 नवंबर 2024 को आयोजित 195वीं अभिषद बैठक में पारित प्रस्तावों की पुष्टि।
• मद संख्या 1302: 16 दिसंबर 2024 को हुई वित्त समिति की 126वीं बैठक के प्रस्तावों का अनुमोदन।
• मद संख्या 1303: 17 दिसंबर 2024 को आयोजित नव शिक्षण एवं नव संबंधन समिति के निर्णयों की स्वीकृति।

2. वित्तीय प्रबंधन के नए नियमों का अनुमोदन

• मद संख्या 1304: झारखंड सरकार के उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा निदेशालय द्वारा तैयार “Statute for Finance & Account Management in the State Universities of Jharkhand” के प्रारूप को स्वीकृति देने का प्रस्ताव।

3. नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 के तहत शैक्षणिक सुधार

• मद संख्या 1305: नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अंतर्गत द्वैध डिग्री कार्यक्रम (Dual Degree Programmes), चार वर्षीय स्नातक कार्यक्रम (Four-Year Undergraduate Programmes), मल्टीपल एंट्री-एग्जिट (Multiple Entry and Exit System) और शैक्षणिक क्रेडिट बैंक (Academic Bank of Credits) को लागू करने पर विचार।

बैठक का महत्व

इस बैठक के निर्णय न केवल विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन के लिए, बल्कि छात्रों और शिक्षकों के लिए भी प्रभावशाली साबित होंगे। वित्तीय प्रबंधन से जुड़े नियम झारखंड के विश्वविद्यालयों को अधिक पारदर्शी और संगठित बनाएंगे। साथ ही, नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 के तहत प्रस्तावित बदलाव झारखंड के उच्च शिक्षा स्तर को राष्ट्रीय मानकों के करीब लाने में मदद करेंगे।

शैक्षणिक सुधार की दिशा में प्रयास

द्वैध डिग्री और चार वर्षीय स्नातक कार्यक्रम जैसे विकल्प छात्रों को अधिक शैक्षणिक लचीलापन देंगे। मल्टीपल एंट्री-एग्जिट प्रणाली छात्रों को उनकी शैक्षणिक यात्रा में बाधाओं को दूर करने में सहायक होगी, जबकि शैक्षणिक क्रेडिट बैंक अंतर-संस्थान गतिशीलता को प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

कुलपति प्रोफेसर पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने कहा कि यह बैठक विश्वविद्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली और शैक्षणिक मानकों में सुधार की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम होगी।
