गुमला में उत्सव का माहौल

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय से 15 किलोमीटर दूर नागफेनी गांव में हर साल मकर संक्रांति के अवसर पर भगवान जगन्नाथ, बहन सुभद्रा, और भाई बलराम की रथ यात्रा निकाली जाती है। इस अवसर पर कोयल नदी के तट पर विशाल मेला आयोजित होता है। श्रद्धालु सुबह-सवेरे ठंडे पानी में डुबकी लगाकर पूजा-अर्चना के लिए जगन्नाथ मंदिर पहुंचते हैं।

परंपराओं की सुगंध और व्यंजन का आनंद

मकर संक्रांति के नजदीक आते ही गुमला और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में तिलकुट, गजक, रेवड़ी, मूंगफली, चूड़ा, मुरही, और घेवर जैसी मिठाइयों की मिठास फिजाओं में फैल जाती है। इन व्यंजनों का स्वाद त्योहार के उल्लास को दोगुना कर देता है। परंपरागत रूप से घर-घर में दही, गुड़, तिल, और चूड़ा से बने लड्डू तैयार किए जाते हैं, जिनसे मेहमानों का स्वागत किया जाता है।

नदी स्नान और दान का महत्व

सनातन हिंदू धर्म में मकर संक्रांति के दिन नदी स्नान और दान का विशेष महत्व है। श्रद्धालु अपने नजदीकी नदी, तालाब, या जलाशय में स्नान कर दान-पुण्य करते हैं। चूड़ा, गुड़, और तिल से बने व्यंजन दान करने की परंपरा का पालन करते हुए लोग खुद को धन्य मानते हैं।

विशेष उत्सव: महाकुंभ का निमंत्रण

इस बार मकर संक्रांति के अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश में महाकुंभ मेले का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। अयोध्या स्थित प्रयागराज के त्रिवेणी संगम पर 13 जनवरी, 2025 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में महाकुंभ का शुभारंभ होगा। इस महोत्सव का धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक महत्व सभी सनातनी हिंदू धर्मावलंबियों को आमंत्रित करता है।

पोंगल और टुसू पर्व का उत्साह

पोंगल और टुसू पर्व भी मकर संक्रांति के साथ ही धूमधाम से मनाए जाते हैं। इन त्योहारों का अपना ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक महत्व है, जो खासकर किसानों और ग्रामीण समुदायों में उत्साह और उमंग का संचार करता है।

आस्था और उत्सव का संगम

नागफेनी कोयल नदी के तट पर हर साल होने वाली भगवान जगन्नाथ की रथ यात्रा और मंदिर में उमड़ने वाली श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ इस पर्व की पवित्रता को दर्शाती है। लोग एक-दूसरे को मिठाई और उपहार देकर भाईचारे और सामूहिकता का परिचय देते हैं।
