कातिम पंचायत में भालुओं का आतंक, ग्रामीणों की जिंदगी खतरे में

गुमला, झारखंड: गुमला जिले के चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कातिम पंचायत के सेमला टोंगरी और बरटोली इलाकों में भालुओं का आतंक बढ़ता जा रहा है। इन क्षेत्रों में हालात इतने खराब हो गए हैं कि ग्रामीणों का बाहर निकलना मुश्किल हो गया है। मंगलवार को भालू के हमले में एक महिला गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई। इसके बावजूद, वन विभाग और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों की निष्क्रियता को लेकर लोगों में गुस्सा है।

महिला पर भालू का हमला

मंगलवार दोपहर करीब तीन बजे, सेमला गांव की 25 वर्षीय महिला रंजीत बेक जलावन के लिए सेमला टोंगरी जंगल में गई थीं। इसी दौरान, एक भालू ने अचानक उन पर हमला कर दिया। रंजीत के सिर, कान, हाथ और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों पर गहरे जख्म हो गए। महिला ने साहस दिखाते हुए भालू से बचने के लिए संघर्ष किया और जोर-जोर से चिल्लाईं। उनकी आवाज सुनकर भालू जंगल की ओर भाग गया।

इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल रेफर

हमले के बाद ग्रामीणों ने रंजीत बेक को तुरंत उठाकर चैनपुर उप-स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पहुंचाया। प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद, उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। डॉक्टरों की देखरेख में उनका इलाज चल रहा है।

ग्रामीणों में भय और वन विभाग पर नाराजगी

हमले के बाद क्षेत्र के मुखिया मधुरा मिंज ने ग्रामीणों को सेमला टोंगरी और बरटोली के जंगलों में जाने से मना किया है। हालांकि, घटना के 24 घंटे बीतने के बावजूद वन विभाग और संबंधित अधिकारियों का मौके पर न पहुंचना ग्रामीणों की नाराजगी का कारण बन रहा है।

वन विभाग से मुआवजे की मांग

घायल महिला के इलाज और सुरक्षा को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने वन विभाग से मुआवजा और ठोस कदम उठाने की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि भालुओं के आतंक को रोकने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोका जा सके।

ग्रामीणों का जीवन मुश्किल

भालुओं के बढ़ते खतरे के कारण ग्रामीण अपने दैनिक कार्यों के लिए जंगल में जाने से डर रहे हैं। मुखिया मिंज ने वन विभाग से इलाके में भालुओं की बढ़ती संख्या को नियंत्रित करने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने की अपील की है।

यह घटना न केवल क्षेत्र में वन्यजीवों के बढ़ते खतरे को उजागर करती है, बल्कि संबंधित विभागों की उदासीनता को भी सामने लाती है। ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से इस समस्या का स्थायी समाधान निकालने की मांग की है।
