गुमला, झारखंड: राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2025 के तहत गुमला जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नुक्कड़ नाटकों का आयोजन कर लोगों को सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से बचाव के प्रति जागरूक किया गया। मंगलवार को थाना चौक गुमला, बाघिमा बाजार, तिरा और सिलम हाट बाजार में ये नाटक प्रस्तुत किए गए। इनमें सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों, गुड समेरिटन पॉलिसी, और हिट एंड रन योजना की जानकारी दी गई।
नुक्कड़ नाटक के जरिए संदेश
कार्यक्रम के दौरान नुक्कड़ नाटकों के माध्यम से सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व को प्रभावी ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया गया। हाट बाजार में जुटी भीड़ को यह समझाया गया कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में घायल लोगों की मदद करना न केवल मानवता है, बल्कि सरकार द्वारा संरक्षित अधिकार भी है।
गुड समेरिटन पॉलिसी: मददगारों के लिए सुरक्षा और सम्मान
सड़क सुरक्षा के तहत गुड समेरिटन पॉलिसी 2020 के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। इस पॉलिसी के अनुसार:
- दुर्घटना पीड़ित की मदद करने वालों से पुलिस या अस्पताल अनावश्यक पूछताछ नहीं कर सकते।
- मददगार कानूनी प्रक्रिया से मुक्त रहते हैं।
- ऐसे लोगों को सरकार की ओर से रुपये 2000 से 5000 तक की प्रोत्साहन राशि और प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया जाता है।
जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य लोगों को जागरूक करना है ताकि वे गोल्डन आवर में घायल व्यक्तियों की मदद करने से हिचकिचाएं नहीं।
हेलमेट के प्रति जागरूकता
नुक्कड़ नाटकों में हेलमेट पहनने के महत्व पर भी जोर दिया गया। बताया गया कि सिर की चोटें अधिकांश दुर्घटनाओं में घातक साबित होती हैं। लोगों को समझाया गया कि गाड़ी चलाते समय हेलमेट का उपयोग एक साधारण लेकिन प्रभावी उपाय है, जो जान बचा सकता है।
सड़क सुरक्षा के व्यापक प्रयास
राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह के अंतर्गत:
- भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों को चिन्हित कर जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं।
- लोगों को हिट एंड रन योजना और गुड समेरिटन पॉलिसी के लाभ समझाए जा रहे हैं।
- सड़क सुरक्षा जीवन रक्षा 2025 अभियान के तहत कई कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।
कार्यक्रम में विशेष उपस्थिति
इस अवसर पर जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, मोटर यान निरीक्षक, और सड़क सुरक्षा विशेषज्ञ प्रभाष कुमार, रामानंद महाराज, प्रणय कांशी, और मंटू रवानी उपस्थित रहे।
