दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल का किसान मेला सह प्रदर्शनी में मंत्री ने कहा-अन्नदाताओं के बगैर मानव का जीवन असंभव

रांची : अमर शहीद वीर बुधु भगत की जन्मस्थली चान्हो के सिलागाई में शनिवार को दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल का किसान मेला सह प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया. कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता द्वारा आयोजित प्रमंडल स्तरीय किसान मेला में पांच जिलों के किसान शामिल हुए. किसान मेला सह प्रदर्शनी का उदघाटन विभागीय मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने किया. किसान मेला में लगे 50 से ज्यादा स्टॉल का निरीक्षण करते हुए किसानों से उनके उत्पाद की जानकारी ली.

किसानों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण किया गया

इससे पहले अमर शहीद वीर बुधु भगत की प्रतिमा पर मंत्री सहित दूसरे अतिथियों ने माल्यार्पण किया. इस मौके पर विभाग द्वारा किसानों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण किया गया. किसान मेला सह प्रदर्शनी को संबोधित करते हुए कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि जब मंत्री पद की जिम्मेदारी मिली, तो कुछ लोगों ने कहा कि उन्हें शिक्षा मंत्री बनना चाहिए था, तो कुछ ने कहा कि उन्हें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बनना चाहिए था. लेकिन मैं जानती हूं मांडर कृषि बहुल क्षेत्र है, इसके विकास का ये बेहतर अवसर और विभाग है.

मंत्री ने कहा कि इस विभाग से क्षेत्र और राज्य की जनता की ज्यादा से ज्यादा सेवा कर सकती हूं. किसानों से सीधा संपर्क कर,  उनकी समस्याओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाने का काम करूंगी. मंत्री ने कहा कि गुमला, लोहरदगा और खूंटी के किसान बेहतर काम कर रहे हैं. यहां की दीदियां बहुत मेहनती हैं लेकिन मांडर पीछे है.

‘कृषि पदाधिकारी के बगैर विभाग अपाहिज है’

मंत्री ने कहा कि ग्रामीण किसानों से मेधा डेयरी से जुड़ने और आज ही दुधारू गाय खरीदने की अपील की. मंत्री ने बताया कि दूध को मेधा डेयरी में देकर 12 दिन में 5 रुपये अतिरिक्त का लाभ आसानी से ले सकते हैं. मांडर के कैम्बो की एक महिला महीने का डेढ़ से दो लाख रुपए दूध बेच कर कमा रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना का 2500 रुपए को लाख में बदलने की योजना बनाने का काम महिलाएं करें. गुमला में महिलाएं अंडा का बेहतर काम कर रही है.

किसान गरीब नहीं अन्नदाता है. गिरिडीह में मछली पालन कर समिति के लोग 40 लाख रुपया तक कमा रहे हैं. विभाग ने ये निर्णय लिया है कि पंचायत का तालाब पहले पंचायत में बंदोबस्त होगा. कृषि मित्र, मत्स्य मित्र, कृषि पदाधिकारी के बगैर विभाग अपाहिज है. VLW सिर्फ कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग का काम करें. सभी 5 प्रमंडल में किसान मेला लगेगा.

सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ गांवों तक पहुंचाना होगा: बंधु तिर्की

इस मौके पर राज्य समन्वय समिति के सदस्य बंधु तिर्की ने कहा कि पहली बार चान्हो में प्रमंडल स्तरीय किसान मेला का आयोजन हुआ है. किसान मेला का लाभ कैसे मिले इस जोर देने की जरूरत है. सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ गांव तक नहीं पहुंचा पाता है. इस मेले में आपको 90 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी पर मिलने वाली योजना है. विभाग की योजना से जुड़ कर पलायन को रोका जा सकता है. विभाग से जुड़ कर स्वरोजगार कर सकते हैं.

बंधु तिर्की ने कहा कि समिति बना कर महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने का काम करना होगा. कांके विधायक सुरेश बैठा ने अपने क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए कृषि मंत्री से दो कोल्ड स्टोरेज की मांग रखी. किसान मेला में मंच से चान्हो की महिला सहायता समूह को 7 करोड़ 16 लाख की राशि का चेक प्रदान किया गया. इसके अलावा सर्वश्रेष्ठ कृषक मित्र का पुरस्कार मनोज कुमार, सर्वश्रेष्ठ किसान का पुरस्कार गांसू महतो, सर्वश्रेष्ठ महिला किसान लखिया देवी को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड राजेश मुंडा, रोहित शिखर, विनय तिग्गा को दिया गया.

तीन पुस्तकों का विमोचन किया गया

मंच से इस मौके पर परिसंपत्ति का वितरण किया गया. जोड़ा बैल का वितरण, पांच गाय की योजना, बत्तख वितरण, बकरा विकास योजना और दुग्ध उत्पाद समिति को प्रमाण पत्र वितरण दिया गया. अतिथियों ने मंच से तीन पुस्तकों का विमोचन किया, जिसमें किसानों की सफलता की कहानी, फलों के बाग का प्रबंधन और फसल की जानकारी पुस्तक शामिल है.
