गुमला : – गुमला जिले के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सोमवार को घाघरा प्रखंड के सेहल बंसी टोली और कुगाओं पंचायत के चट्टी ग्राम का क्षेत्रीय दौरा किया। ये दोनों गांव झारखंड के पहले जलवायु स्मार्ट गांव हैं, जहां ग्रामीण उन्नत और पर्यावरण-संवेदनशील खेती के साथ-साथ विभिन्न व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में कार्यरत हैं।
उपायुक्त ने दोनों गांवों का दौरा कर ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की और उनकी आजीविका के साधनों को समझने का प्रयास किया। जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में ‘प्रदान’ संस्था के सहयोग से यहां के नागरिकों को उन्नत खेती, प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट और अन्य व्यवसायों के माध्यम से आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है। दौरे के दौरान उपायुक्त ने इन प्रयासों की सराहना की और कहा कि ये गांव झारखंड में एक आदर्श प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।
सेहल और चट्टी गांवों में सौर ऊर्जा के माध्यम से बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की गई है। इसके साथ ही ‘विमेन फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड’ के माध्यम से 3100 महिलाएं खेती और अन्य व्यवसायों से जुड़कर आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं। यहां सरसों, हल्दी, धनिया, चावल, आटा और दोना-पत्तल प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट की स्थापना की गई है, जिससे ग्रामीणों को रोजगार के नए अवसर मिले हैं। लगभग 50 एकड़ भूमि पर उन्नत किस्म की फसलें, जैसे तरबूज, मटर, आलू और शिमला मिर्च की खेती की जा रही है। ‘प्रदान’ संस्था द्वारा संचालित एफपीओ बाजार व्यवस्था में भी ग्रामीणों को सहयोग प्रदान कर रही है।
उपायुक्त ने इन गांवों में सरकारी योजनाओं जैसे बिरसा हरित ग्रामीण योजना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, बैंक सखी योजना, मैया सम्मान योजना, सावित्रीबाई फुले योजना, मिलेट मिशन, राशन कार्ड योजना और पेयजल व सड़क निर्माण से संबंधित कार्यों की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने इन योजनाओं को और अधिक पारदर्शी और प्रभावी बनाने के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
इस क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण में घाघरा प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार, ‘प्रदान’ के पार्टनरशिप लीड मेराज, टीम कोऑर्डिनेटर जितेंद्र, जॉयदीप, अभय, अनिषा, सेहल पंचायत के मुखिया, फेडरेशन के अध्यक्ष और अन्य ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें हर संभव सहायता का आश्वासन दिया।
