साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस पर नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान

गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए त्वरित समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।

बैठक के दौरान बसिया ग्राम के निवासियों ने नाली निकासी की समस्या से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि जल निकासी नहीं होने से नाली बार-बार जाम हो जाती है, जिससे आवागमन बाधित हो रहा है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने उप विकास आयुक्त को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसी प्रकार, लक्ष्मण नगर फसिया के ग्रामीणों ने भी सड़क किनारे नाली निर्माण न होने के कारण गंदगी की समस्या रखी। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को जल्द से जल्द नाली निर्माण कार्य शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस अवसर पर कई आवेदकों ने मनरेगा योजना के तहत मुर्गी पालन, मुर्गी शेड निर्माण, एवं RSETI से प्रशिक्षण के लिए आवेदन समर्पित किया। इसके अलावा, कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विद्यालय में नामांकन के लिए भी कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।

गुमला निवासी सरिता देवी ने उपायुक्त को बताया कि उनके पति की मृत्यु के बाद वे आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रही हैं और बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए सहायता चाहती हैं। उपायुक्त ने जिला कल्याण विभाग को पत्र अग्रसारित कर बच्चों के आवासीय विद्यालय में नामांकन सुनिश्चित कराने के निर्देश दिए, साथ ही जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग को भी आवश्यक सहयोग हेतु निर्देशित किया।

लालपुर ग्राम के समीप गांदर पहाड़ पर अवैध खनन की शिकायत ग्रामीणों ने दर्ज कराई। उन्होंने बताया कि पहाड़ तोड़ने से घरों पर बड़े पत्थर गिरने का खतरा बना हुआ है, जिससे जान-माल की क्षति की संभावना है। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त, जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान भूमि विवाद, आपसी विवाद, दिव्यांगजनों को बैटरी चालित रिक्शा प्रदान करने, रोजगार सहायता एवं सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से संबंधित कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उपायुक्त ने कुछ मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और शेष मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।

उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने नागरिकों को आश्वस्त किया कि जिला प्रशासन जनसमस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सदैव तत्पर है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त शिकायतों का त्वरित एवं प्रभावी निवारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि जिले में प्रशासनिक सुशासन एवं नागरिक संतुष्टि को बढ़ावा मिल सके।
