कोयला खनन विस्थापितों की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु हजारीबाग में प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में हुई अहम बैठक

हजारीबाग, 14 अप्रैल 2025 — उत्तर छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल के आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार की अध्यक्षता में एनटीपीसी कोल खनन परियोजना से विस्थापित परिवारों की समस्याओं को लेकर हजारीबाग जिले के बड़कागांव विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि विकास तभी सार्थक है जब उसमें प्रभावित समुदायों की समस्याओं का समाधान और सहभागिता सुनिश्चित हो।

प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त ने कहा, “जिनकी भूमि पर खनन कार्य हो रहा है, उनकी आजीविका और अधिकारों की रक्षा हमारी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। विकास के साथ-साथ सामाजिक न्याय भी जरूरी है।”

समस्याओं के निराकरण हेतु गठित होंगी चार समितियां, हर माह करेंगी रिपोर्टिंग

विस्थापितों और जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा मुआवज़ा भुगतान, रोजगार, शिक्षा व धार्मिक स्थलों का पुनर्स्थापन, सड़क निर्माण, प्रदूषण, जल संकट सहित अन्य मुद्दे प्रमुखता से उठाए गए।

इन जटिल मुद्दों को हल करने हेतु आयुक्त ने तीन से चार समितियां गठित करने का निर्णय लिया है, जो हर महीने स्थलीय सर्वेक्षण कर समस्याओं की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेंगी। उपायुक्त हजारीबाग और जनप्रतिनिधियों की सहमति से इन समितियों का गठन शीघ्र किया जाएगा।

स्थानीय प्रशासन और एनटीपीसी के बीच समन्वय पर ज़ोर

आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार ने बैठक में स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि, “स्थानीय प्रशासन, जनप्रतिनिधियों और एनटीपीसी अधिकारियों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय से ही समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान संभव है।” उन्होंने सभी पक्षों से विवादों को परे रखकर साझा प्रयास करने की अपील की।

प्रशासन गंभीर, समस्याओं के समाधान की दिशा में उठाएगा ठोस कदम

बैठक के समापन पर हजारीबाग उपायुक्त ने कहा कि आयुक्त के निर्देशों के अनुरूप जल्द ही समितियों का गठन कर, विस्थापितों की शिकायतों का समाधान किया जाएगा। उन्होंने उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों और प्रतिनिधियों का आभार प्रकट किया।

बैठक में शामिल रहे जनप्रतिनिधि और परियोजना पदाधिकारी

इस अहम बैठक में हजारीबाग सांसद, पूर्व विधायक बड़कागांव, वर्तमान विधायक बड़कागांव, अपर समाहर्ता हजारीबाग, एनटीपीसी के महाप्रबंधक (पकरी बड़वाडीह, चट्टी बरियातू, करनदारी, बादाम) समेत कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
